Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that on 05.07.2021, we had wrongly generated a K2 Khajane
challan on 05.07.2021 vide challan No. CR071003000159361 in the name of District
Registrar Office, Gandhinagar Bangalore for payment of registration fees for Agreement
of sale, instead of generating the challan in the name of Sub-Registrar Ganganagar for an
amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) The copy of the K2 Khajane
challan is annexed herein as (Annexure-A). The aforesaid challan was generated from
the name of Mustafa Gandhi for which the payment is made by SAMMY'S
DREAMLAND Co., PVT. LTD. The copy of the Bank Statement referring the
transaction is been annexed herein as (Annexure -B). Kindly provide us the refund of the
same and do the needful.

AFFIDAVIT-CUM-DECLARATION

We, SAMMY'S DREAMLAND Co., PVT. LTD., a company registered under the
Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at No. 9, 2 nd Floor, BEL Air Drive,
Mekhri Circle, Bellary Road, Bangalore 560 032, hereby solemnly affirm and declare
that,
1. We had wrongly generated a K2 Khajane challan through K2 Khajane portal
([Link] for the Department of Stamps and Registration on
05.07.2021 vide challan No. CR071003000159361 for an amount of Rs.20,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) in the name of District Registrar Office,
Gandhinagar Bangalore.

2. The K2 Khajane challan was wrongly generated in name of in the name of District
Registrar Office, Gandhinagar Bangalore instead of generating in the name Sub-
Registrar Ganganagar.

3. The above-mentioned K2 Khajane challan was generated in the remitter name of


Mr. Mustafa Gandhi, but the payment is made by SAMMY'S DREAMLAND Co.,
PVT. LTD.

4. This payment was made under incorrect office head and was rejected by Sub-
Registrar Ganganagar. Hence, we are approaching DDO office seeking for refund
of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only).

5. We also declare that we have not claimed refund for the same prior to this date.
