to the forest for 14 years so that her son Bharat might succeed to the throne.
The helpless king exiled Rama to the forest after being forced to promise to fulfil
any wishes made by his wife. Therefore, Ram set off on foot with the help of his
devoted wife SITA and loyal younger brother, Lakshmna.
A DEMONESS KNOWN AS SURPANKHA SAW A RAM AND FELL FOR HIS LOOKS A COUPLE OF YEARS

HANUMAN had the power to fly over mountains, change size, and have superhuman

fire to the entire city of Lanka by setting fire to his tail.
He returned to RAM with SITA's entourage, including an army of monkeys and bears
