A. PREPARING DIVISION-WISE EXCEL FILE FOR DIRECTLY IMPORTING DLP DATA USING SOFTW
(Read carefully the following instructions about preparing Excel file having list of DLP projects in pre-specified format)
1. Download the Sample Excel File format from [Link]
2. The excel format has following fields
To prepare Division-wise Excel File for directly uploading data of all DLP Project in the software, please follow foll
1. In Column ‘A’ - Type serial number
2. In Column ‘B’ - you can write any one from the three : NH or PMGSY or Other
(mandatory field)(Note : Keep Spellings as it is for e.g. Other (not Others))
3. In Column ‘C’ -Type Complete Name of Work in English (mandatory field)
4. In Column ‘D’ – Type Scheme Code : The scheme Codes are provided in Sheet2 of this sample Excel file
Only Scheme Codes are allowed. If Any Scheme is not available in Scheme Code list then use code 10.
Later on when scheme code is allotted, you may change ‘10’ with the allotted code.
5. In Column ‘E’ -Type Name of Contractor responsible for executing DLP work
6. In Column ‘E’ -Type Actual Completion Date in prescribed format (DD/MM/YYY)
7. In Column ‘F’ -Type DLP Expiry Date: The last date after which DLP will expired.

1. Do not insert rows above column headings in row 1
2. Paste your data starting from row 2.
3. Do not add/ delete/Merge any column in the above prescribed Excel file specially columns like Zone, C
4. Use only Sheet1 for preparing your data.
5. Never change the name of Sheet1.
6. Never edit or change Column Heading Names or try to rearrange column order
