I. Program Title: “Manok Ko, Manok Mo, Manok Natun Tanan: Project proposal for 150
household in Brgy. San Antonio, Lemery Iloilo”

IV. Target Date/Venue: January-July 2023 at Gymnasium of Barangay San Antonio,
Lemery, Iloilo
V. Rationale:
The poultry industry provides a good employment opportunity along with
agricultural activities. The poultry entrepreneurs are very much concentrated in
utilizing the farm optimally enriching maximum output through selling chicken,
chicken egg and other allied products like feathers and poultry litters. Food is one of
basic needs of man. Regardless of economic, human beings must feed, and since
domestic birds are consumable, that makes poultry farming feasible.
Good management is vital in order to raise the chicken effectively. This proposal
was voluntarily shared by the AB- Normal Company because according to what they
surveyed. There are 31 barangays in Lemery Iloilo and among of them Barangay San
Antonio is the poorest barangay that's why AB- Normal Company decided to help it.
VI. Project Description:
Manok Ko, Manok Mo, Manok Natun Tanan is a poultry production program pf
AB- Normal Company together with the LGU of Lemery and the support of
Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
The implementer of this program is the AB- Normal Company. The trainings to
be conducted will be spearheaded by the AB- Normal Company Representatives. The
proposed program will be implemented with in Six Months which will include the
series of lecture and discussion with demonstration, regular monitoring, evaluation
and impact assessments.
The program will commence on January 2023 in Barangay San Antonio, lemery,
Iloilo.
VII. Objectives:
1. To provide every household with livelihood for their daily needs.
2. To alleviate what is happening in our nature.
3. To share to them the ideas and techniques on how to raise poultry.
4. To maintain the cleanliness of their barangay.
5. To inspire and motivate the people of barangay San Antonio in raising poultry
while helping the environment.
VIII. Mechanics of Implementation:
The program will be participated by household of the Barangay San Antonio,
Lemery, Iloilo. The budget will be sponsored by AB- Normal Company. The
Representative of AB- Normal Company will served as trainers and facilitators.

X. Evaluation Procedure:
There will be a periodic monitoring to be conducted every 3 weeks. AB-
Normal Company Representatives are responsible in monitoring.
Feedbacking to 150 households will be than after the schedule monitoring
and evaluation to discuss and address issues and problems for the improvement
of the projects implemented.
XI. Re-entry Plan:
The result of the evaluation will be used as bases for future actions in order
to sustain the program.
