Naga City Police Robbery Spot Report

SUBJECT : Spot Report, re: Robbery

DATE : February 27, 2023

1. Reference: PBE # 2023-020 re-Robbery

2. At on or about 1:00am of February 25,2023, while he was asleep, he was


awakened by the noise from the other room of his house. Upon checking it he saw an
unidentified man wearing black mask, white t-shirt, green jersey short with number 9 at the
bottom right corner, with medium built forcefully ramming the wooden window trying to
escape from the room. While trying to alert the neighbors thru shouting, the suspect
threatens him with a gun by pointing at him in order to stop him from shouting. After that
the suspect escaped with a motorcycle towards to unknown direction.

3. One witness saw the face of the suspect while wearing the helmet, and positively
identified that the suspect was JUSTIN Y PONTANAL thru the gallery of some robbery
suspect in the area.

4. Upon initial inquiry, the suspect was found to be from the same municipality and
were members of the dreaded “Tutok-kalawit gang”, whose members are subject for
manhunt by the local police due to series of robbery/hold-up in the area.

5. Motive of the incident is still under investigation.

6. Progress report to follow.
