Building Services Team

of requested renovations or modifications, and advise clients on
how the building services will operate once the building is
complete.
Require and understand structural design and specific needs, and
advise the design team on the coordination of services within the
overall building design, for example, advice on how much space is
needed above the ceilings to accommodate ventilation systems and
other services. Arrange full construction support during the design
phase to maximize constructability.

Work with other professionals such as architects, interior


designers, or project manager.

Review plans and specifications to ensure that designs deliver what


the building/client needs. Deliver design solutions to meet
customer requirements and verify that specifications for product
systems, subsystems, interfaces, and components meet customer
requirements and maintain traceability throughout the development
process.
Monitor and carry out quality checks on progressive completed
work. Make sure designs meet building regulations and health and
safety requirements.
Attend meetings and present ideas and progress report to project

Prepare, create and give a detailed presentation of its work as per the
requirements.

Lead project meetings and technical meetings. Validate design issues related to
MEP and suggest alternative solutions.

Ensure all systems adhere to health and safety requirements. Advice on optimal
energy usage and methods to reduce the environmental impact of the building or
structure.

Share proper advice with the project manager/coordinator related to any


technical aspects of mechanical services. Take part in the risk workshops and
point out a report that shares the information if any risk is associated with MEP.

Any kind of changes that needs to consider, must be reported to the project
manager/coordinator at the same time and taken steps accordingly so that there
should not be any delay in the project.

Always be prepared with clarifications and explanations as and when required


for the betterment of the project work that suits specific coordination issues.

Undertake the responsibility of reviewing the project and giving updates on the
necessary changes that are required so as to get smooth results for the project.
IT & Telecom Team
Team Manager

Acquire and understand the project goals from the contract, specific documentation, and
the kick-off meeting.

Contribute to defining the discipline list of activities, list of deliverables, time schedule,
and control of discipline activities in accordance with contract requirements.

Produce a detailed list of in/out critical information to be closely monitored by the project

Prepare and perform the instrumentation design review. Ensure the achievement of

Calculate and monitor performance indicators in accordance with the technical instruction.
