1. Visit a software house to learn about their Processes.

2. First design an Interview Protocol (Share that with me ).


Interview protocol can be viewed as a guide for the interview: what to say at the beginning of the
interview to introduce yourself and the topic of the interview, how to collect participant consent, interview
questions, and what to say when you end the interview. 
A good interview protocol is essential to getting the best information from the participants in your
study; however, a good protocol does not ensure that you will have a successful interview.

3. Identify the answers to the following questions such as (Submit the recording )
 Do you use Process models for your company?
Ans: Yes we use
 What kind of projects you usually get?
Ans: Web Application & Mobile Application
 How many members do you have in your development teams?
Ans: We have 7 to 8 members in our development teams.
 Are you using Process Model?
Ans: Yes we use process model.
 If Yes, why are you using Process Models?
Ans: With Agile software development, teams can quickly adapt to requirements changes without
negatively impacting release dates. Not only that, Agile helps reduce technical debt, improve
customer satisfaction and deliver a higher quality product.
 What problems you face if you use a particular process model?
Ans: We face in this particular process model is improper documentation from client side.
 What are the advantages of using Process Model?
Ans: Teams can quickly adapt to requirements changes without negatively impacting release dates.
Agile helps reduce technical debt, improve customer satisfaction and deliver a higher quality
product.
 Do you document all projects? If so why you do this? If not why you don’t do this?
Ans: Yes, we do document all project only for over view of usecase and flow charts etc…
 Which model is most adaptive in market?
Ans: Agile Model.
 What are the advantages of that process model?
