Objective: To find IVR service provider for the company in order to serve customers in a
more effective manner.
Companies that sent quotations:
• Meshamedia
• Konceptwise digital media
• VIVA
• Cloudshope
Brief:
• Meshmedia: The company provides IVR service on our contact number and also
comes with features like Call history, call recording downloads, and caller details.
They also provide us with an admin portal.
• Konceptwise digital media: They also have a service to provide mobile numbers.
Services are the same as Meshmedia.
• VIVA: This company is FCC and DOT registered and also ISO9001 certified. They
provide the same services as others but the call recording feature costs extra, they also
have an app for monitoring the service but it also costs extra.
• Cloudshope: This company comes up with some interesting features like
multilanguage calls, call recordings and reports, in-call transfer, auto-reply feature on
call as well as whats app, call-barging option, option to answer the call by phone as
well as desktop.

Opinion: In the analysis, I found that Cloudshope provides many services and can be
considered if we are willing to spend Rs.28000 per year on IVR services. But if we go
economical, we should go with Meshmedia as they make 50-60 calls per day which is
currently sufficient for us and it can also be increased. It also has unlimited minutes of calls
which not all the companies are providing and it only costs us Rs. 16000 per year.
Note: All the companies also provide the voice-over service which we need for calling our
merchants for pre-recorded calls and all the companies charge around the same for the
service. All the companies also provide a free demo for the same and IVR as well.
