Task Two – Job Roles, Freelance Work

In the marketing and advertising section I think the thing I would be


most Interested in would be the social media manager due to it
being a job that I have been exposed to in the past and would be
really confident if I did it

In the games section I would like to be a games publisher or a


writer for a game as I play a bunch of video games and have been
doing it my entire life so I would like to be a part of this field the
most and do something I enjoy

In the animation section I would like to be a marketing executive as


I can advertise and send out works of animation to cinemas and
other places in the world

Freelancing
.finding jobs a freelancer can be hard as sometimes you don’t know
if people are looking for what you excel in
.Getting work in on time as people can send you a lot one week and
you might not finish it all
.struggle to do work as its all up to you to do it so you can keep
pushing it off

Skills
IT skills- I have improved a lot with it skills and felt like I can use a
apple mac more smoothly as prier to college I never used an apple
mac but now I feel used to the software
Technical skills- I feel why skill with software’s such as premiere
has improved a lot however my camera work hasn’t improved
much.
Interpersonal skills- My skill with keeping focus has stayed the
same and I feel like I struggle a bit when it comes to that. However I
have gained a lot more motivation and feel like I can commit to stuff
better
Communication skills- Im not the best when it comes to this and
feel my communication skills have never really been that great.

Other qualities
When it comes down to passion, I feel like I am very passionate for
something I enjoy however if I’m doing something I don’t really like
that drops off a bit. I am motivated when it comes to financial drive
as I want to make a lot of money and be successful. Motivation and
discipline are probably my strongest point as if I feel motivated, I
feel I can get anything done. I am pretty flexible when it comes to
work as I feel like I can get things done while balancing other
things in my life. My Sector knowledge is ok as I have learnt a lot
and when it matters I know what I am doing.

Job roles I would like to freelance In the most would be making


adverts for other people. This includes creating an advert others
with see and consume and be payed for it through freelancing
