- According to Mr. Ken Karl Apelacio, an IT professional, they ensure that the

services of their company provided meet the agreed upon service level agreement

with customers. They quickly and effectively resolve incidents that may occur and

minimize their impact on customers. Also, they identify first the root cause of

incident and resolve it to prevent the occurring in the future. Ensuring that our

system is accurate and up-to-date and identifying the areas for improvement and

implement changes to our service management to increase customer satisfaction

and service quality.

- Mr. Ken Karl Apelacio said that IT Service Management helps organization to

deliver IT services to customers. First, we need to meet the needs of the

organization. As an IT professional, our organization must have strategy in order

to deliver services in an organization. Developing a detailed plan to deliver the

services to the IT community, ensuring that the transaction is stable and reliable.

and objectives?

- As an employee of the company, we always make sure that the services we

provide are aligned with the organization overall business goals and objectives.

Our company identify the services that the organization need to deliver in order to

achieve its goal. Ensures that the services we provide meet the needs of

organization and our customers. And improving the IT services by ensuring that

our company is continuing its improvement to enable the organization to achieve

those goals and objectives.

4. What is the ITIL framework and how is it used to guide IT Service Management

practices?

- According to the Mr. Apelacio, ITIL is a framework to guide the organization to

provide a common language and structure for IT service management. Helping

the organization to standardize the IT Service Management processes which leads

to improved efficiency, better communication, and greater consistency in the

delivery of IT Services. This framework helps the company to improve the service

management to achieve better results, demonstrate their knowledge and skills in

an organization.
