 CHAPTER I – INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study

the relevance of the problem and the study that will be conducted, and the possible issues and

challenges to be faced that will be tackled by the study.) (Minimum of 5-7 paragraphs with each

Statement of the Problem

(It should contain the general problem that is connected to the study’s area of interest and

continually gets more specific as approaching the questions that the research asks.) (It should

contain 3 – 5 specific research questions that the study aims to answer.)

Objectives of the Study

(The main objective of the study should be introduced first and how it relates to the main

research question.) (The specific questions should be opened by the phrase, “The study aims to

do the following:”) (There should be at least 3 – 5 specific objectives placed in this area.)

Significance of the Study

(This part should have 1 – 2 paragraphs dedicated to why this study is significant to the

field of study or interest that it belongs. It should also detail how this study will help create a

solution to the problem selected.) (It should also provide a list of significant stakeholders and

how will they be affected by the study.)

Scope and Limitation of the Study

(This should contain what the research will only study and how it plans to do it. It also

details what are the things that will or will not be included in the study.) (There should be at least

2 – 3 paragraphs explaining this.)
