REFLECTION

Preksha Solanki (Team Leader)

1. I was the team leader of my group. My task was to unite all of the
members and make sure our project was done in a systematic manner.
2. The most memorable learning experiences for me were when we all,
together as a group, sat down and discussed about this project and it's
aspects. It was a pleasure working with all of them.
3. According to me, we did the best that we could in the given time frame.
Despite our jam packed schedule, we managed to put forward this amazing
research project. My teammates were very cooperative and communication
was never a problem.
It was overall an amazing experience. I really enjoyed every moment of
this journey and i am very grateful to be a part of it.

Aditya Dhulgude (Researcher)

1. As the title researcher for our EU Mind team I have been charged with
finding information, and ways to use it for the progress of the project.
I have been working hard on the project by not only interviewing local
shops and writing up the main bodies of texts used in portions of the
introduction and start but also coordinating with others on how to
complete the project.
2. Perhaps the most memorable learning experience that I have had over the
course of the project has been understanding the art of appropriate
delegation and skill identification. Through observing my teammates
interests and hobbies, I managed to inculcate within myself an ability
to deduce just what everyone is good great, and excellent at.
3. I'm especially proud of being able to have had offered my own inputs
within the project religiously as opposed to the more managerial role
that I am accustomed to with my fellows. That being said, our collective
failure to maintain timeliness and orderly completions while extending
due dates has been a ship on my shoulder for the longest time, and if I
could have done so, I would certainly have tried to have a more active
effort in marshalling our resources together to do much
more, much faster.

Saachi Visaria (Data Analyst)

1. I was the data analyst of the group and as the title suggests I was
responsible for analysing the data before it was put on weebly and along
with it I also helped with editing. I also gave my inputs design and
layout of the pages on weebly page. I helped with coordination and
communication between the team members.
2. The most memorable learning experience was when we sat down to make the
introduction to add qualities and interests of everyone, this helped me
to get know my team members better.
I developed oratory skills, social skills and analytical skills. By
nature of being an introvert, I gained more self-confidence and voiced
my views and opinions to my team members.
3. I believe that we had proper flow of communication among the members and
we connected well. Our innovative and unique ideas complimented the
project well.
If I could anything differently then it would be that we meet the
deadlines and not push them further. This would also allow us to take
more interviews and improve our project.

Krisha Dagha (Designer)

1. I was the designer of the group and my part in team was to give and
integrate my creative and unique ideas. In addition to that I had
to make sure everything was aesthetic and revolved around the topic
2. The most memorable experience for me was when we had to create a logo
for the topic. We had a lot of discussions on it and spent on it a lot
of time but this helped me see my teammates better and I also realized
that they also had very creative inputs which helped me shape the
project better.
I developed competencies like creative thinking skills and critical
thinking skills. I also social skills by interacting with my teammates
and getting closer to them.
3. I think throughout the project we had a great bonding which pulled us
through the project and it helped us with project.
One if I could do differently plan our schedule well so we could spend
time on this project more. Though I think we have contributed to this a
lot and given our heart and soul. Everyone’s ideas and personalities can
be seen in this project.

Anitra Indulkar (Editor)

4. I was given the title of editor of the team and my job on this project
was upload and edit everything on weebly. I worked with every team
member to make sure everything is uploaded properly. For instance, I
worked with the designer of the group to make sure that the weebly page
looks elegant and beautiful.
5. The most memorable event for me was time we sat together surrounding the
computer and uploaded on weebly as all the deadlines passed by. We
together had sweet and sour times but the journey was beautiful. My
editorial skills and communication skills developed drastically during
the project. Furthermore the whole experience was blissful and helped us
develop our overall personality.
6. I am particularly grateful that I could input my skills and express my
views in this project. In addition we had great cooperation among us and
understood each other well.
Furthermore, if we get an opportunity to this differently then one thing
would change would be meeting our deadlines and not keeping things
loaded up till the end as an editor I surely would change that. Overal
I believe I got the best team and everyone to help help each other be
awake till late.
