1. Could you tell me about yourself and describe your backgroud in brief?

2. What are your strengths?

Well I could say working in a team and working under pressure.
Also, I have a solid work ethic when working in a company. For example, I try to
finish the task or
project given to me as soon as possible well ahead of the deadline. So if there is
a change needed I or my team
will have enough time to do it.

3. What are your weeknesses?

As you can see on my CV I have work experience in the field of IT as I was an
IT manager back in Afghanistan.
But this will be my first working experience in IT here in Germany. Moreover, I
will be done with B1 of German language
in less than two months which means that my German level is intermediate and not
advanced and it takes some time
to get very proficient in German. But nothing is impossible.
