Components of Staff Development
Introduction: Staff development is a process directed towards the personal and professional growth of nurses and other personal while they are employed by a health care agency. It
refers to all training and education provided to employees to improve their occupational and personal knowledge, skills and attitudes.
The aim of Staff Development is to promote quality of patient care be providing educational opportunities that are directed towards meeting learning needs of all nursing personal.
