Instruction
After the activity kindly answer the following questions:

1. Does your daily food intake follows the ideal food guide for Filipinos/Pinggang Pinoy? If yes,
how do you manage? If no, Why?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no, it usually depends on what my mon will cook during our
lunch and dinner but mostly it contains veggies and meat and carbs that is the main
concenpt of pinggang pinoy, So I guess Yes

Do you think being healthy or physically fit nowadays is very hard to achieve? What do you
think are the factors that affect in achieving a healthy lifestyle?

It depends, if you are on a tight budget you still can create a meal that is healthy but cheap
and delicious at the same time, Having Expensive ingredients doesn’t nean its much more
healthier that cheaper ones.

2. With our current situation now, being lockedown becasue of COVID2019, what is your plan
to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Eat a healthy and get exercise

3. Based on this activity, what did you realize?

I realize that most of Filipino dishes is actually already on the right traack of a healthy meal
that contains of protein veggies and carbs, we don’t need to think sophisticated dishes for us
to eat healthy meals, filipino cuisine is healthy we just need to explore it.
