training and competency (CIDB, NIOSH, TNB, DOSH).
MATERIALS
2 Materials specification (incoming inspection),
Material approval by Client/Top Management,

MACHINE METHOD
3 Work instructions (How it is done?), labelling of
machine, designated machine areas.
MEASURMENT (EQUIPMENT USE)
Identify inspection criteria (e.g. dimension, shape,
5 Force, Mass etc.), suitable equipment use for
measurements, unique labeling and non repetitive
identity for each equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Monitoring the temperature of production floor,
6 sufficient light, ventilation or window, oily and
hazardous environment. For office infrastructure,
check the functionality of air-con, printer, etc. and
their next maintenance schedule.
OUTSOURCE PROCESSED
Monitor external provider performance, any new
7 external provider? type of outsource process (e.g.
fabrication work, warehouse & logistics, special
treatment of materials).
