Uniform Payroll Deduction Consent Form

Ritesh Ranjan consented to have INR 1200 deducted from his first and second month's payroll in two installments of INR 600 each to cover the cost of a uniform. If he leaves the company before completing one continuous year of service, the full amount will be deducted from his final settlement. deduct the cost of uniform in 2 installments of INR 600/- each from my 1st and 2nd Month’ s

In case I leave the service of the organization before completing one continuous year from the

Date of Joining, the organization has full rights to deduct the same from my full and final

settlement.

Note: The deducted amount will be paid back to the employee along with Full and Final

settlement in case the employee wants to leave the service of the organization after 1 year of

continuous service from the Date of Joining.
