Program director Assalamualaikum and a very good morning. I am glad to welcome all of
you for our second meeting of Artsthetic for Mental Health programme.
Thank you, for being present in this meeting. Now can we call this
meeting to order?

All Sure, you can.

Are there any apologies for absence from today's meeting?

Aina As far as i know, there are no apologies for absence on today's meeting.
But let me double-check it. I will call your name. So If you hear your
name, please raise your hand.

Alright then, thank you for your confirmation.

Okay, thank you, Aina. Can we proceed to the next item regarding the
minutes from the previous meeting?

All Yes.

Program director
Now let’s focus on the agenda of the meeting. Okay, are there any
amendments or addition regarding on our project, everyone?
Mai
Yes. There is a correction for the budget allocated.

Aina Thank you Maisarah, I’ll make necessary corrections on the budget
amount and I will update the total amount of our budget in our chat group
so that the others can see the final amount and if there's any item that
should be counted to be in our budget, please do not hesitate to inform
me as soon as possible.

Any other amendments from all of you?

Yes, based on previous meetings we have discussed the date for this
project to hold on 17th December 2022 but unfortunately to inform all of
you that this date need to be cancel because I just got informed that our
project clashed with Uitm event scheduled. So, as I already ask with
person in charge in Uitm Puncak Alam about this matter, I think we should
hold it on 27th December 2022 since this date does not clash with any
other event or programme on that day.

Aina
Okay Aufa, I noted that and I will change the date to 27 th december 2022
as our new date.

Okay, thank you. Can someone propose the minutes be passed as a true

Sorry, I want to ask about the progress on the transportation as we all
know that we need to book bus. So, any updates about that?

Iffah
Alright, Syahira. Actually I didn't get the chance to book the unikl bus due
to the tight schedule this month but since we changed our date to 27 th of
december, i think we might get a chance to use the bus. So don’t worry I
will keep update about this matter and I will confirm about our
transportation in the next meeting.

Okay, good everyone. Now, let’s move on to another section. Any other
arising matter you would like to add?

Adriana
Yes, I would like to ask about the progress of our event collaboration with
Uitm Puncak Alam which has been proposed in the previous meeting.
How is it going so far, can we deal with them?

Syahira
Yes, sure! As everyone already knows that we are going to have a
collaboration with Uitm Puncak Alam for this event, and Alhamdulillah the
progress is now 60% which means Uitm accepted our invitation for this
collaboration and now what we need to do is prepare all the equipment
needed and discuss further about the setup on that day.

Hidayah May I ask how the participant registration process is going? Has the list or
form already been created?

Iffah Yes, Hidayah regarding that I have made the registration form for the list
of participants and already share to multimedia teams to add it in the
poster.

Shazatul Yes. I have add the registration form in the poster. Right now, multimedia
teams had finished designing for poster and video. We also discovered
some platforms to blast our event. As students nowadays engaged with
social media, we can post about our event through TikTok, Instagram and
Facebook.

Hidayah That is a really great idea, Shaz, and it will be easy to share with the
students in the community. As we all know, social media is a really
 efficient platform for attracting their attention.

Munirah
Mai, for the fun quiz activities that will be conducted at the event, have
you finish create the questions and what platform will we use to do the
quiz?

Mai
It is not done yet because the quiz question will be based on mental
health sharing on that day. So, I will write the question based on the topic
that has been shared and will confirm it with our special speaker
regarding this. And we will use quizzes as a platform for the fun quiz
because this is the most familiar app for students and this really easy to
access.

Program director Before we go further with other topic, have you guys think and decide who
will be the motivator or speaker on the event day? Do you have any idea?

Hidayah I'd like to make a suggestion. How about we have Dr. Rozanizam Zakaria
speak at our event? He is a well-known influencer who often posts
information about mental health on social media.

Munirah That’s a great idea, I agree with you 100 percent!

Iffah
Program director, I heard that we are facing difficulties with getting a
budget from the Universiti. Is there any other solution for that?

Program director
Yes iffah, it is true. I already asked about our budget at the office but
unfortunately they can’t support the budget of this program. So, regarding
this matter I’ve been searching for another option about the budget and
we are going to get a sponsor from the MARA office and i will update to
all of you from time to time. Anything else to add, everyone?

Munirah
I want to add [Link], for the budget of this program which is
RM700, as I know we get sponsors from the MARA office, almost RM400
only. Therefore, i think we need to find the balance of the budget by
submitting the sponsorship letter to another company or do you guys
 have any ways better?

Mai
I think I have a good idea. We can submit the sponsorship letter to a
company that is related to our equipment that is needed at the event. As
soon as, we get the sponsorship, we will use that money to buy all the
items like tote bags, color painting, brushes, and so on.

Aufa
Great idea! It means that we will get all the items we need in a very short
time.

Program director Okay everyone, how about the tentative for our program? Can you guys
manage it or need to adjust anything?

Aufa
Alhamdulillah, for now our tentative look fine as we will start our program
at 9.00 am which is not really early in the morning and end before 3.00
pm. As we can see the tentative not really pack but full with activities on
that day. But still, if there are any changes, we will inform as soon as we
can.

Okay thank you, Aufa. Before that, i would like to thank all of you for
giving so many idea and suggestion about our project and also give full
support towards this program. I think that’s all for today. Shall we close
this discussion for now and continue to any other date?

Yes, sure. For the next meeting, will be held on 25 th December 2022,
Sunday, 9p.m. And if there are any changes, I will send a notice in our
chat group.
