Governerpeta, opp. Police control room, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. - 520002

1. We say that we are Promoters/Developers/Builders of the Multi-Storied


complexconstructed in [Link]-4, GBC Road Ponnur, Guntur Dist, Andhra
Pradesh.. We say that as stipulated by you we will provide all fire safety systems as
per National Building Code, 2016. In the above Multi-Storied Building and prepared
the estimate of Rs. 5,90,000.00 towards the provision of all Fire Fighting Systems
and submit the estimate in original along with the general information on fire safety
measures for approval.

2. We undertake to incur an expenditure of Rs.5,90,000.00, for providing Fire Safety


arrangements as per details furnished in the above estimate.
3. We undertake to furnish Bank Guarantee for 15% of the total estimated cost of
fire safety systems as above in favour of Director General of Fire Services, obtained
from any National Bank for a period of 5 years guaranteeing to provide all firefighting
systems as per National Building Code and maintain them in good working condition
round the clock.

4. We agree that the above Bank Guarantee can be invoked by Director General of
Fire Services at any time in the event of non-provision or non-maintenance of fire-
fighting systems in our Multi-Storied Building as per National Building Code or in the
event of non-compliance of any 6 other fire safety measures suggested in the No-
Objection Certificate.

5. We also agree that the No-Objection Certificate shall be issued by the Director
General of Fire Services for the construction of Multi-Storied Building only after
furnishing the above Bank Guarantee by us.

6. We say that as stipulated by you we will undertake to impart training to 40% of


the occupant and employees working at Building in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
at Andhra Pradesh Fire Service State Training Institute within 6 months from the
date of occupation.

7. We undertake to maintain and keep the fire-fighting equipments such as

Guntur Dist, Andhra Pradesh in good working condition at all times by regularly
servicing and replacing the obsolete equipment.
