“A RESOLUTION DECLARING SAVINGS FROM PERSONAL SERVICES, CASH GIFT AND
HONORARIUM OF ONE BARANGAY KAGAWAD COVERING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 2022
TO DECEMBER 2022 IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS
(P56,500.00) ONLY”
WHEREAS, there is a savings from Personal Services of Annual Budget for Calendar Year
2022 of Barangay Tagdo in the amount of Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos
(P56,500.00) only.
WHEREAS, the savings is taken from honorarium and cash gift of one Barangay Kagawad
(Hon. Jovelyn P. Cadeliña).
WHEREFORE, on unanimous accord be it;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to enact the following Ordinance, to wit;
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING SAVINGS FROM PERSONAL SERVICES OF ANNUAL BUDGET
FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022 OF BARANGAY TAGDO IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY SIX
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P56,500.00) ONLY.
Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay Tagdo, Mambajao, Camiguin that:
Section 1. The amount of Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P56,500.00) only is hereby
declared as savings from Cash Gift and Honorarium of Barangay Kagawad of Calendar Year
2022 Annual Budget.
Section 2. That this Ordinance and its pertinent documents shall be submitted to the
concerned offices for their information and guidance.

MAMBAJAO, CAMIGUIN PROVINCE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022 IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY
SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P56,500.00) ONLY”
WHEREAS, the amount of FIFTY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P56,500.00) was
declared savings from Personal Services covering the period from July 2022 to December
2022.
WHEREAS, the proposed Supplemental Budget No. 02 of 2022 was presented to the
Sangguniang Barangay for consideration and approval;
WHEREAS, the Body agreed on the following Object of Expenditures:
PERSONAL SERVICES:
Year End Bonus - P56, 500.00
TOTAL P56, 500.00
NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to
approve the Supplemental Budget No. 01 of 2022 of Barangay Tagdo, Mambajao, Camiguin
in the amount of Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P56,500.00) only.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of Tagdo, Mambajao, Camiguin that:
Section 1. The amount Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P56,500.00) be appropriated
for the following:
GENERAL FUND:
HONORARIUM OF BARANGAY KAGAWAS (JULY TO DEC 2022) – P54, 000.00
CASH GIFT - P2,500.00
TOTAL P56, 500.00
TOTAL SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION – P56, 500.00
Section 2. That the aforementioned amount shall be taken from the following available
sources:
PERSONAL SERVICES
YEAR END BONUS - P56, 500.00
Section 3. That the Appropriation Ordinance together with all pertinent documents be
submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan of Mambajao through the Municipal Budget Officer for
legislative review and approval.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
