PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR 2019
ANTARIKSH on tour is 7 members in total including the band members, sound engineer, and crew.
INTRODUCTION
1. T R A N S P O R T A T I O N - 2. A C C O M M O D A T I O N -
Inter-city Travel: For concerts outside Delhi: 4 double rooms
● Flight tickets for 7 members at a 4/5 star hotel at or close to the venue.
Local Travel: For concerts within Delhi: 2 double room

3. F O O D A N D B E V E R A G E -
All food and drinks (non-alcoholic) costs to be provided by the organizer – Food and
beverages to be available all times during the Artist’s stay at the hotel and venue.
4. P E R S O N N E L -
The purchaser agrees to provide:
● 2 Stage hands to assist tour crew for backline and decor set up.
● 2 qualified sound technicians, experienced with all aspects of the sound system to
be available from load in until the end of the show to assist the sound engineer.
SOUND CHECK
• The artist will need a 2-hour slot for the sound check at least an hour or two before the actual time
of the performance. During this period, we would request the organiser to please vacate the
venue.
• The entire PA and Lighting system shall be assembled and tested prior the arrival of the Artist’s
equipment.
• Total duration of 2 hours is required for the soundcheck after the sound setup is completed by
the sound vendor.
• Sound check will be completed to the satisfaction of Artist and technical crew.
• The band needs 30 Min for the setup and 90 Min for the sound-check.
• The sound check shall occur prior to the opening of the house.
• The band is guaranteed a minimum of at least thirty minute change-over between acts.
STAGE
● The stage should have a non-skid surface.
● Minimal dimensions:
College Festivals and Outdoor concerts: 35 feet x 20 feet
Indoor Venues: 25 feet x 20 feet
Clubs and smaller venues – 20 feet x 15 feet
● For the guitar speaker-cabinets there need to be raisings (height 40-80 cm)
● One drum riser – 6 feet x 6 feet with carpet

7. P O W E R -
Minimum of 2 clean and free 220V 16A groups with ground protection are required
on the backside of the stage, covering the width of the stage. 3 additional contacts
on the front- sides of the stage are preferred.
8. E Q U I P M E N T -
ANTARIKSH (taking note of venue safety regulations) will decide on the positioning
of the entire Artist’s equipment both on the stage and within the auditorium.
Once in position the equipment will not be moved without the agreement of the
Artist’s Tour Manager.

● All in ears must necessarily be connected to flag antennas regardless of the stage size.

11. M I X E R -
• Digico SD 10/9, Digidesign SC-48, Avid S6L, Yamaha CL5, Soundcraft vi1/vi3000 or Allen N Heath

• The system should be well maintained, and fully working upon arrival of the artist.
• No analog mixers.
NOTE: In case the specified mixer and PA requirements are not met, please inform the tour manager
BEFORE the show with exact details of equipment available.
12. F. O. H. R E Q U I R E M E N T S -

14. S E C U R I T Y -
• No person shall be allowed on stage or backstage unless his/her presence is essential to the
performance and permission has been obtained from the Artist’s Tour Manager.
• Tour manager will brief security chief and stage security on requirement before doors are to be
opened.
15. D R E S S I N G R O O M S - The purchaser agrees to provide:
• ONE (1) comfortable, private dressing room for Artist’s use, capable of being locked at all times.
• These rooms shall be clean, dry, SMOKE FREE, well lit, air conditioned and be able to comfortably
seat a minimum of (8) people.
• Dressing rooms shall have seats, sofas, tables, mirrors and easy access to clean lavatories not
available to audience.
• The dressing rooms should be lockable and the keys presented to the tour manager upon arrival.
