The Cultivation of Youth District 9710 An Invitation to Parents & Rotarians


To lunch and the presentation of RYPEN certificates and badges on Sunday 11th September 2011. Please indicate below if you will be attending lunch at the close of the RYPEN seminar starting at 12.30pm. We need to notify the caterers the number of extra people coming for lunch one week before the camp, so if the form below is not received and money is not paid at registration, there could be no lunch available. After lunch we have a presentation ceremony and the distribution of the RYPEN certificates and Badges. The proceedings should finish around 1.30pm when you can take your son/daughter home. The cost for lunch will be $10 per person and will need to be paid at registration on Friday, so can you give your child a cheque/cash made out to District 9710 Rypen to pay when they register. This form is for extra people coming to lunch, not your son or daughter as they are already included. .. RYPEN Applicants name.. The number of people in my family coming to lunch (..) .people @ $10 per head $........................ CashCheque. Are there any special dietary requirements Y/N. Please send money with your son/daughter when they attend the camp. DO NOT SEND MONEY WHEN RETURNING THIS ACCEPTANCE, SEND WITH YOUR CHILD AT REGISTRATION ON FRIDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER 2011
