Expenditures

The proponent will conduct a fundraising event for the project and as well
as an arranged solicitation. The request will be presented as a fund-raising
opportunity because there is a high possibility that no one else will donate
to it. As a result, the proponent will calculate a specific amount for each
individual who will be contacted.
