Situasi tersebut terjadi di Rosewood Hotel and Resort di Bali. Suatu hari, sebagai resepsionis,
Anda menyambut check-in Amerika berjanggut yang berpakaian buruk ke hotel bintang 5 tempat
Anda bekerja. Sebagai karyawan mahir dengan pengalaman 5 tahun, Anda tahu bahwa Anda
tidak dapat memperlakukan tamu Anda dengan tidak sopan dan menganggap orang ini akan
merugikan hanya karena apa yang ia kenakan. Karena itu, Anda menyapanya dengan baik.
Keesokan paginya, tamu datang ke restoran untuk sarapan, mengenakan pakaian yang sama,
jeans kotor, dan tank top longgar. Itu berarti dia tidak menunjukkan rasa hormat kepada tamu
restoran lain yang peduli dengan kebersihan restoran. Ini benar-benar akan membuat mereka
