Hereby we pleased to propose our quotation for security services at your premises. Therefore, we submit herewith our
quotation for your kind consideration and approval as follows:
For the provision of Six (6) Guards, (12) hours shift covering 24/7 including Public Holiday for the duration of
succeeding month.

PATROLLING
A mobile patrol to check- each shift at least once during each shift will be provided free of charge.
ROTATION
We will change our guards periodically so that they will not familiarize with your employees or as and when requested by the
Management.
SECURITY CHECK & ADVISORY SERVICES
Our Management staff will also visit your premises at odd hours of the day to review your security in force and examine for any
possible weakness and report of which will be forwarded to you for any necessary action. We will also be available for any
consultations arising from the above.

VETTING
All the security guards are sent for Police vetting at the ROYAL MALAYSIAN POLICE KL HEADQUARTERS prior to their
employment to make sure that they have clean Police records.
INSURANCE COVERAGE (ONLY COVER FOR 24 HOURS)
FAST TECH SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD in the course of discharging their responsibilities will indemnify at your premises
claims arising a result of any negligence of our employees by any of:
1) A Professional Indemnify Policy RM 150,000.00
2) A Public Liability Policy RM 1,000,000.00
3) Fidelity Guarantee Policy RM 100,000.00
4) Group Personal Accident Policy RM 1,350,000.00
In addition to the above FAST TECH SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD also provides the following: -
1) Bodyguards and Security Escorts
2) Private Investigations
3) Dog unit (K9) – Specially trained to guard and patrol with specially trained Dog / Handlers.
4) Firearms – Cash in Transit and Bodyguards
5) Armored and Unarmored Vehicles
6) Video Surveillance System
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT
A minimum 2 weeks’ notice is required to enable us to recruit the necessary manpower to be deployed and to provide training
according to your Standard Operating Procedures. However, we will ensure that we will put in force soon.
ADEQUATE SUPPLY OF SECURITY GUARDS
We have a regular supply of trained security guards from our Training Center based at Jalan Ipoh. As such our security guards are
never on shift for more than their normal 12 hours of shift.
FAST TECH SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD also implements the following system:
1. Take Feedback from Client (monthly).
2. Recommendations on security from time to time
3. On site firefighting training for security guards.
We assure you, that all our security guards are specially trained carefully selected and are free from all police records.
In addition to that they are also hardworking and trustworthy. The security Personnel assigned to your establishment
will take instructions directly from You or your representatives.
