To develop a maintenance training program that will improve work order system, reactive predictive

proactive maintenance practices, the inventory management, the operation/ facility involvement,
complete data recording (documentation) and reporting, efficient utilization of resources, reliability of
engineering. It will also improve technical and managerial skills predictive maintenance rather than
Reactive maintenance practices and planned down time. To establish trained manpower, sufficient tools
and equipment accurate data recording and proper handling clearly, accurately and consistently tracked
downtime, well developed and implemented Preventive maintenance and planned down time, Centered
Maintenance to exist. Having sufficient and accurate record Cost recording and comparison system &
Technology track engineering information such as life cycle cost information to help in Purchasing,
maintenance budgeting. To develop a tailor-made Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework
development of a methodology to prioritize critical failures which is a basis of formulating performance
