Subject : Requesting permission to sit for final examination.

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to inform you that, I am a student of Electrical and Electronic
Engineering department at Southeast University. Currently I am studying at first semester. I have
paid my first and second installment of tuition fee on time. But, due to some unavoidable reason,
I could not pay my third installment of tuition fee on time. My father is the only earning member
of our family. He was ill for last two months. As a result, I could not pay my tuition fee. That’s
why, I haven’t got the admit card for final examination. For my father’s illness, currently our
financial condition is not able to pay the tuition fee. But, I’m promising that, I will pay my fee
within 30, October, 2022.

I therefore request and hope that, you would be kind enough to permit me to sit for final
examination.
