Booking Terms & Conditions:
1. Local rates are only applicable to Zimbabwean Citizens and Zimbabwean Residents and all guests will be requested to provide evidence of
such upon booking or entry to the National Park, SADC or international rates apply in all other cases.
2. All rates quoted in US$ or ZWL$ for local tourists/Zim Residents and are subject to change without notice. GCT reserves the right to change
rates without prior notice. It is essential that you enquire about payment terms when you are making your booking.
3. Children (6-12 years) are charged half-price for accommodation and under 6 years are free.
4. Guests staying for longer than seven (7) consecutive nights in Gonarezhou are entitled to a 10% discount on accommodation.
5. Provisional bookings will be held for 21 days within which a deposit of 30% of the total cost may be requested. It is essential to enquire
about payment terms for ALL local bookings to ensure your booking remains secure.
6. Cancellations on local bookings will be subject to cancellation fees as per the GCT cancellation policy.

Cancellation less than 60 days but more than 28 days before arrival - 50% of Total Cost Refunded
Cancellation less than 28 days before arrival - No refund
7. Changes made to itineraries within 14 days of arrival or during your stay will incur a change fee per change of camp/site.
8. Check-in time at a campsite is at 14h00, and check-out is by 10h00 on your day of departure.
9. All guests will be required to present passports or ID documents upon entry to Gonarezhou National Park.
10. Gates are only open from 06h00 to 18h00 - late arrivals require prior authorisation and will be subject to a late entry fee. Late arrivals
may be refused entry or may be allocated an alternative site for their first night.
11. Gonarezhou National Park is a wilderness area and accommodation facilties are unfenced, guests should take necessary precautions.
