1.4 GENERAL ABOUT CAPABILITY LIST DOCUMENT
a. TAMPA CARGO developed this Capabilities List Document (QA-TCL) in order to show
the airframe, engines and products that can be repaired, tested, or altered by the Repair
Station and the level of work to be performed. This list is maintained as a document
separate from the TAMPA Cargo’s Repair Station Manual (RSM) and TAMPA Cargo’s
Quality Control Manual (QCM).
b. This Capabilities List has been prepared in accordance with the current Federal
Aviation Regulations (FAR), the TAMPA Cargo’s Repair Station Manual and the TAMPA
Cargo’s Quality Control Manual.
c. TAMPA CARGO does not perform maintenance, preventive maintenance or alterations
to any item which is not rated as Limited Airframe, Limited Power plant, Limited
Accessories, Limited Instruments and Limited Radio according to TAMPA Cargo’s
Operations Specifications and TAMPA Cargo’s Capability List Document (QA-TCL). TAMPA
CARGO does not perform maintenance, preventive maintenance or alterations to any
item if the required technical data, equipment, materials, facilities or trained personnel is
not available.
d. The process of revision, inclusion, approval by the Quality Manager and FAA and
distribution processes are described at the Repair Station Manual section “Capability
List”.
e. Tampa may perform maintenance, preventive maintenance or alterations on the
added item once the Capability List Document has been approved by the Quality
Manager.
f. Following is the information revised before a Capability / Rating is included at the
Capability List Document, these information is revised and registered at the Capability
List Amendment Form (Form QA-AL-CLAF) or Airframe/Engine Rating Amendment / Self
Evaluation Form (QA-AL-CLAC):

g. The new revision of the Capability List Document must be sent to Publications Area
who will distribute o make available thru Tampa’s Intranet .

Ultrasonic Accomplished in accordance with ASTM E 317, MIL-
