CHARLIE: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the search for Mr. & Miss Intramurals 2022. To
formally start the program, let us all rise for the invocation to be rendered by Mrs. Maria Araceli
Gabutan, Grade 8- Gold adviser. This will be followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem, Bohol Hymn and Calape Hymn to be conducted by Miss Iris Melencion, the School ICT.

CHARLIE: You may now all be seated. Live from the BPI school ground. Welcome to the coronation
day of Mr and Miss Intramurals 2022. And here are the 8 lovely and charming candidates vying for
one crown, together with the BPI Performing Artists, in their production number.

STEF: And now your host for this afternoon, let us welcome the debonair…. Mr. Charlie R. Quirol.

CHARLIE: Thank you so much! Good afternoon everyone! Welcome to the 2022 search for Mr and
Miss Intramurals. Wow! What a fantastic opening number and what a great group of gorgeous and
handsome candidates. Do you agree with me? I am looking forward to an exciting afternoon which
will culminate the announcement of the newest Mr. and Miss Intramurals. As they serve as the role
models for the students, they should be well spoken, charming and of course intelligent.

CHARLIE: It’s a tough fight between our 8 beautiful and handsome candidates. Today, it will be a
parade of confidence, poise, grace, beauty and the most important factor, wit. After all, it’s beauty that
capture your attention but personality that captures your heart.

Today, you will see the candidates compete in their sportswear. They will also have to undergo the
very daunting question and answer portion to win the crown of Mr. and Miss Intramurals 2022.

CHARLIE: While our contestants are getting ready for their next exposure, let us first be entertained
to an intermission number from _______________________. A round of applause please.

CHARLIE: Thank you for that wonderful and entertaining performance.

Since we are looking for the best man and woman for this Intramurals, our contestants
will have to go through a very selective judging process this afternoon. At this juncture let us get to
know the members of the board of judges and the criteria of judging.

CHARLIE: Starting off with the first judge

CHARLIE: Thank you very much to all of you! The outcome of today’s competition rests upon their
hands. Now, we are off to our very first official round of competition. But before we proceed, here are
the criteria for judging…

(VOICEOVER MAAM STEF)

CHARLIE: Wooooh! I can really feel the tension building up (Are you all getting excited too?) Aside
from the judges, you audience will also have a big participation in today’s competition. You must
scream from the top of your lungs cheering for your bets. (Optional: check every team by letting them
scream)

CHARLIE: So, everyone, stay put, sit back and relax as we are about to witness our candidates
wearing their sportswear. Without further ado, please welcome the 8 candidates in their Sportswear
competition.

CHARLIE: There you have it ladies and gentlemen, the candidates in their sportswear. They look so
sporty and athletic.

After showing their sporty look. They will now have to parade that same beauty,
confidence and character. But this time, in thoughts and words. Their confidence on the ramp should
be shown also on how they answer the question.

CHARLIE: Ladies and gentlemen, this is Mr and Miss Intramurals 2022 Question and Answer portion.

This is how it goes. We will call down our candidates one by one. Each candidate will
pick a question from the bowl/box.

Let us start with Male Candidate Number 1

CHARLIE: Thank you gentlemen. Job well done. Now, it’s the turn of the ladies.

Okay, ladies you will go through the same process as our male candidates. You will pick
one strip of paper from the bowl. Are you now ready? Relax. Breathe.

Female Candidate number 1, please come forward.

CHARLIE: There you have it ladies and gentlemen, the last phase of our competition for this
afternoon. Thank you, my dear candidates. You did a great job! Please remain on stage because at
this point, we shall be giving away the first set of awards for today’s competition.
 We have _________ special awards to give. But for now, we are going to give first the
Minor Awards. Let us start with Mr. and Miss Congeniality.

The Mr. and Miss Congeniality is awarded to the friendliest and most accommodating
candidate of the group. The candidates were given the chance to vote among themselves who they
think deserves to win the award.

To present the award, may I call on our Sports Coordinator, Mr. Isidro Hurano and our
School Principal, Mrs. Roda Flordelene Pedros.

CHARLIE: Let us start with the male candidates. Our Mr. Congeniality is Male Candidate
Number____.

Our Miss Congeniality is Female Candidate Number_____.

CHARLIE: As what I have mentioned earlier, you, also have the chance to support your candidates
by giving them a reaction. We had an online voting via the BPI Official Facebook Page for the Mr. and
Miss social Media Award. The voting was closed at exactly 10:00 A.M.

And the Mr. and Miss Social Media Award goes to Male Candidate Number _____ and Female
Candidate Number_____. You guys garnered the highest total score of reactions.

CHARLIE: Our next minor award to give is the Man and Darling of the Crowd. This award is for the
candidates who have the loudest cheers from their supporters. The Man of the Crowd is Male
Candidate Number_____ and the Darling of the Crowd is Female Candidate Number_____.

CHARLIE: CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners and awardees. You may now exit the stage. We
still have many awards to give but for now let us first witness an intermission number from Jell Marie
Sabal and company. A resounding applause please.

CHARLIE: Let us give another big round of applause to them. Thank you for that very awesome and
energetic performance. At this time, before we give the Major Awards. Let us take this opportunity to
award the certificates to the very able members of the board of judges. I would like to call again the
presence of our principal Maam Roda Floredelene Pedros to hand in the Certificates.

Before we give the certificate. Let me read the citation first…..(reading)

board of judges.

CHARLIE: At this juncture, may I call on our candidates to enter the stage again.

CHARLIE: It’s time to give away the Major Awards. May I call on Maam Iris Melencion and Maam
Roda Flordelene Pedros to hand in the awards. Let’s start off with the Best In Sportswear.

The Best in Sportswear goes to……..Male Candidate Number ____ and Female

CHARLIE: Next is Mr. and Miss Photogenic. Photogenic means that you are very attractive and
charming. The winner of Photogenic award was chosen by Sir Anthony De La Serna, the School
Administrator.

And the Mr. and Miss Photogenic is Male Candidate Number ______ and Female Candidate
Number ______.

CHARLIE: The last major award is Best in Interview. So the judges chose the candidates who were
authentic and very fluent in answering the questions.

The Best in Interview for Male Candidate is Candidate number____ and for Female

CHARLIE: This is the end of the golden rule to the crown. We have reached the finish line, as we are
now about to announce the winners of this pageant. I know everyone is excited. Well, our long
anticipation is over. I have here the result. Requesting maam Roda Flordelene Pedros and Iris
Melencion to present the award for the 3 rd runners up.

this pageant a very spectacular event and to everyone also who cheered and screamed at the top of
their lungs for their candidates.

Before we part ways, let us hear the closing remarks from Mr. Francisco Asilo Jr., the
Student Body Organization adviser. A resounding applause please.
