Communication Is Art Or Science..?


Of Course it is both!

Many times you see there is a vast difference between two people saying a
particular thing. The way they use their words, voice, speaking technique can be
seemingly different from other people. You can see someone around you who is very
good at persuading people and getting things done while there are others who find it
very difficult. There are people who can instantly make friends on public transport
while they travel while for others it's a huge deal to break the ice with a stranger. This
proves that it's an art and only few are able to master it.

And because it's an art, it is based on some predefined techniques or formulas which
can be termed as the science behind communication. A famous public speaking
coach, Dale Carnegie, once said that understanding the other person is the basis of
communication. You cannot communicate if you do not understand the receiver. It is
the study of the other person's psychology that helps you to effectively communicate
and hence it's a science..

What's Communication..!
Communication skills are the abilities you use when giving
and receiving different kinds of information. Some examples include communicating
new ideas, feelings or even an update on your project. Communication skills involve
listening, speaking, observing and empathizing.

How Communication Skill Help Me In My Life:

● Clear conversation to my foreign customer.


● When talking to my friends, moving hand's to suggest a positive response.
● Not being rude when spoken too
● Listening very carefully to what my customer wants to ask me.. helps me to
provide good knowledge about our services.
