Introduction
Indigo's aim is to unleash the inherent genius that already exists within each individual and to
use that genius to construct high-performing teams. The Indigo Assessment is the first step of
their programmes. The Indigo Assessment Report was created to help people better
understand their own abilities. The report delves into three areas: behaviours, driving forces,
and motivators. Understanding one's skills and shortcomings in each of the three categories
will lead to personal and professional development as well as increased satisfaction.
In this paper, I will emphasise and represent my character based on my indigo report.
Furthermore, research indicates that the most successful people possess the attribute of self-
awareness. They can spot conditions that will help them succeed more rapidly. There are
three parts to this report. In Part A, I'll talk about my DISC style, my best skills, my driving
forces, and what motivates me. In Part B, I'll talk about the traits that affect my career now
and in the future and how this report will guide me in my university. I'll also talk about how
to develop and keep the traits that are important to the success of my career path, and I'll
show you how to do these things. In Part C, there will be development plans to create a small
business owner and management.
Part A
DISC - Dominance, Influence, Stability, and Responsibility The DISC model is used to
identify a person's style between - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness
(DISC); it analyses and takes into account a person's behaviour, the way to adapt to
situations, how to communicate and act in specific moments of life, whether personal or
professional.
D= Dominance: typically result-oriented individuals.
I= Influence: communicate effectively.
S = Stability: a disposition to be patient, adaptable, and flexible.
C = Compliance: Typically meticulous, rational, and a thinker.
Top three skills based on my
Indigo/TriMetrix DNA
Assessment are depicted below:
I am a self-starter and great at
making energy in others. I have
faith in helping results through
others. I
lean towards the "group
approach." I prefer public
acknowledgment for my
accomplishments. One of my
spurring factors is
acknowledgment and applause.
I jump at the chance to
foster individuals and
fabricate associations

According to the Indigo Personality Profile, the following are my top three
competencies:
Intellectualism and resourcefulness have always motivated me to continue striving and
achieve my ultimate goals by imparting my knowledge and fostering a caring attitude
towards others. This report facilitates the gathering and acquisition of accurate personal and
behavioural self-knowledge. I've gotten more self-aware after examining my nature and
qualities closely. These traits, such as teamwork and enough preparation, have always
inspired me to retain a cheerful mind-set and perform altruistic acts while learning. I strive to
get exceptional results by combining common sense and expertise with a pragmatic mind-set.
By keeping my nerves calm during crucial moments, I am able to make confident decisions,
and it is in my nature to become buddies with my clients or consumers. I need to be regarded
as an independent individual, but in a kind manner. As a senior officer and group leader, I
may leverage my relationship-building skills to promote group affiliation and increase group
support. I am motivated by status and authority. Significant conditions, such as those
involving values, decisions, emotions, and feelings, are likely to bring out my best
performance. I appreciate my "instinct." I value freedom from several controls.
I am a self-starter who excels at inspiring people to be enthusiastic. I believe in assisting
individuals to achieve their goals. I prefer the collective approach. For my accomplishments,
I prefer public acknowledgement. Recognition and applause are two of my motivators. I
enjoy the ability to cultivate people and make connections.

Driving Forces and Motivators
Eduard Spranger initially proposed six major categories or groups. The theoretical, utilitarian,
aesthetic, social, individualistic, and traditional types are the six categories. Motivators are
areas of life where we are excited, things we consider significant, or thoughts that give us
purpose and direction in life. The 12 Driving Forces are derived by describing both extremes
of a motivator on a continuum. Some people go through their entire lives without being asked
what motivates them. Knowledge, Utility, Surroundings, Others, Power, and Methodologies
are the six keywords. Focus on hobbies and employment that are related to my strongest
motivators.
I'm driven by what I've done in the past, what I feel, and the need to know the truth. Also, by
making the best use of my time, talent, and energy, I can get the most out of them. I help
other people for a specific reason, not just because I want to be kind or helpful. I'm interested
in new ideas, ways of doing things, and chances that don't fit into a set way of living. I
believe in performing tasks for their own sake, without expecting anything in return. I also
seize opportunities to learn, acquire knowledge, and seek the truth.
Part B
Explaining the importance of these findings to me:
My awareness of these outcomes will assist me in enhancing my skill sets and becoming a
better person over time. The report has highlighted the words that best represent my actions.
They define how I handle problems and meet challenges, influence others, adapt to the
environment's speed, and comply with others' rules and procedures.
The evaluation report on me is crucial to me. This report has made me aware and prompted
me to work deeper on the topic. These results will aid in my ability to progress and evolve as
a person. Self-awareness enables me to recognise my management skill deficiencies, hence
fostering skill development. It helps me identify circumstances where I will be most
productive.
Having an accurate understanding of who I am assists me in determining what I should do to
grow. Awareness will allow me to capitalise on my skills and overcome my flaws. They
influence how I cope with worries and challenges, influence others, and respond to other
people's conventions and procedures.
For instance, if I am strong at "seeing the big picture" around decisions but not so good at
focusing on the specifics, I may desire to consult with colleagues and subordinates who are
more detail-oriented while making crucial decisions. Emotionally self-aware leaders are more
effective intuitive decision-makers. Jobs that do not match my personality tend to be more
stressful than those that do. This does not imply that I should never choose a career that
conflicts with my personality. Please keep in mind, however, that I will need to work
especially hard to acquire the essential skills for that career, and that I am qualified for
alternative jobs that would be less stressful. It is tough to deal with negative results when I
am unaware of their cause. When I do not know which behaviours to modify to improve my
performance, I feel helpless. Awareness enables me to strengthen situations by illuminating
where performance concerns exist and what can be done to improve performance. In
addition, awareness will provide me a sense of accomplishment, the capacity to accept
increased responsibility, and the chance to assist others in fulfilling their jobs.
Among many others, I believe that my flexibility, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills will help me achieve my goals and thrive in my personal and professional lives. I have
the persistence to see things through, and I never waver or procrastinate. When I want
something to occur, I make it happen. The world's greatest achievers are those who have
maintained their focus on their goals and persevered in their endeavours. Consequently, I
have never shirked my responsibilities. I was able to attain a few triumphs in company and in
my personal life as a result of my doggedness. In contrast, I should work on my conceptual
reasoning, an area in which I now suffer, as well as my diplomatic skills and capacity to
influence others through my employment. I must make significant efforts to acquire the
qualities I lack, and I should imitate people who thrive in similar endeavours and know how
to transmit those qualities.
Impact of my abilities on my profession:
My skills are one of the most crucial things to take into account while picking a career path.
Everyone have special talents that can be used to achieve a desired vocation. By making the
most of my abilities, I'll choose a profession that goes well with my personality. The findings
show that I have 25 skills that are essential for my professional success. These abilities are a
huge help in minimising my flaws and maximising my strengths.

Importance of this assessment
The Indigo Assessment is a science-based, multi-dimensional, comprehensive tool that
measures students' actions, motivations, career-readiness skills, and social-emotional
perspectives. Indigo Insights has been used as a classroom dashboard, a high-stakes
personality test, a career counselling examination, and in tandem with other pedagogical
instruments.
The evaluation revealed so many blind spots that I had no idea I had. I am the type to act first
and ask questions later. It taught me how to breathe slowly and deeply. Additionally, I
learned how to communicate with others more effectively, which is crucial in my field of
work."
I have never attended this examination in my entire life, including during my time at
university. This report educates us about our personalities and makes us aware of what to
choose and alter in our lives. I wish I had performed this evaluation earlier.
Part C
If questioned about my interest in a certain industry, I would unquestionably choose the food
industry. The most compelling argument to invest in the food industry is because food is a
necessity. Additionally, in the hierarchy of fundamental requirements, food has the highest
priority because it is necessary for survival. Unlike clothes, accessories, and other businesses
centred on people's "wants," food is always something that people "need."
My love for food industry is because I value hospitality. I appreciate enriching the time
someone spends with me through food and drink. I appreciate seeing people have a good time
on vacation, after a wedding, or really at any occasion. You meet many kind and amusing
individuals. You observe cultures interacting. You gain knowledge about food, wine, and
cocktails. It's enjoyable.
Potential Enterprise- Restaurants thrive or fail based on their location. Sixty percent of new
eateries fail during their first year of operation. And approximately 80 percent failed before
their fifth year in business, with bad location and exorbitant rents being among the key
causes. This is why we must make an informed decision while selecting a food truck or
restaurant.
Thankfully, Food Trucks are resistant to this issue because they are mobile and we can
choose the location of our food truck. If our services do not appear to perform well at a given
area, we can shift to a different place to determine whether our business model will thrive
there.
This mobility of food trucks can also be used to attract potential clients. As a food truck, it
will be much easier for us to participate in various events and food festivals in order to
expose our cuisine to potential clients. We can also strategically shift our placement daily or
weekly based on the increase and decrease of foot traffic in certain places. Due to rising food
prices, the food truck business is a more appealing alternative for workers on a tight budget.
Food trucks may be found everywhere. You can obtain their delicious meals from a variety of
locations and even have them come to your party or wedding. During the previous five years,
the food truck industry has increased 7.9% yearly, compared to only 2% for traditional
restaurants.
Finance
The start-up costs of a new food truck business in Canada can range from $40,000 to
$200,000, depending on where we decide to set up shop and whether we plan to buy or lease
our food [Link] average cost of purchasing a food truck ranges from $3,250 to $200,000
(including retrofitting and wrapping). This represents a significant portion of our start-up
capital, so it makes sense to protect our investment with a good insurance plan that covers not
only damage, injury, or loss, but also loss of wages and income.
Offerings Served
The following items will be sold from the Food Truck:
Sandwiches
Burgers
Tacos
Fries
All Indian cuisines
Coffee/Tea
Non-alcoholic Beverages
Marketing Strategy
Without a robust social media presence, a food truck marketing strategy is
incomplete. Social media, specifically the Instagram page Facebook page, can be a
significant marketing tool. Distributing pamphlets in colleges and corporate sectors,
as well as running television advertisements, are the primary promotional activities
we may undertake to expand our firm.
Developing an App- Customers desire access to services at their fingertips, thus
mobile is essential. We can put a sign on a vehicle describing the app and post about it
on social media. The objective is to spread the message as far as possible.
In addition to these digital marketing tactics, offline marketing must also be
implemented. Network frequently, distribute flyers whenever possible, and arrange as
many events as possible.
Hosting gatherings and providing catering are the most effective ways to introduce
individuals who have never sampled the dish to it. We have the opportunity to turn
some of these individuals into lifelong admirers.
