Abstract

The environment of the organization is a combination of business entities, their relationships,


infrastructure links and the conditions of their activities. The study of the environment is an extremely
important process for any organization, because it can have a direct impact on various areas of the
organization and its behavior in general.

The success of organizational adaptation, according to the strategic choice approach, is dependent on
the prevailing coalition's observations of environmental conditions and decisions about how the
organization will adapt to these circumstances (Nyaga & Litunya, 2018).

If a company's structure does not align with its surroundings and internal systems, it will be unable to

structure for any given situation. Executives charged with reshaping or influencing firm design
should keep the fundamental deliberations of fit, diversityand incorporation in mind as they

The article studies the features of the interaction of factors of internal and external environment of an
organization and their impact on the functioning of an organization. According to research results, it is
determined that all factors of internal environment have a mutual influence and lead to dynamic
changes in the internal environment. The interaction of factors of internal environment can strengthen
and the effect of positive synergy will be obtained.

The internal environment is therefore composed of its employees, management, owners, shareholders,
corporate culture, machinery, equipment, facilities, infrastructure, logistics schemes, production
systems and a series of vectors that, in line, make up the organizational strategy. The same factors that
influence the internal environment of the organization, internal part of the organizational boundary,
also influence the external environment, which is done through the internalexternal communication
channels.

These examples show the importance of knowing the influence of the internal environment on logistics
operations. With the knowledge generated, the possibility of success of organizational and logistics
strategies increases considerably, especially when the internal environment presents a high degree of
instability. It is in this sense the contribution of this article to the logistics area, by identifying the
impacts of the internal environment on the strategies of small service organizations.

(Abstract) Higher education is considered as a foundation of high level education, one of the necessary
and important tasks. Training the next generation of young people to become useful people for
society. To survive, the first thing to do is the internal environment of the organization must be
sustainable.

Analysis of the university's internal environment is an important and indispensable part of strategic
management. Without analyzing the internal environment, not correctly identifying the strengths and
weaknesses of the organization, it will not establish a perfect strategy.
