Task dependencies my project might have would be a campfire for the bbq and smores.
Reservation necessary for skywalk dinner to have dinner at sunset. Proper preparation for hike
such as gear and guide for the hike. The bbq and smores depend on a source of fire to feed us
as we arrive at the campsite. Without reservations for the skywalk dinner and guide for the
hike we will be unable to perform the trip. Our transportation to both the dinner and the hike
will rely on the reservations to allow us to schedule transportation. Proper allocation of hiking
gear is also dependent on the guide for the hike as we might have specific requirements to
bring specific materials.

The tasks I would place on the critical path would have to be reservations for skywalk
dinner and guide for hike. The ability to identify specific task that are critical to be completed
on time for the project to meet deadlines so we can allocate our time and resources efficiently.
Once we have confirmation of specifics within our grand canyon trip other aspects such as
transportation, preparation, and cooking can come into play. With the knowledge that we
understand of the progression of tasks we can understand which is the most efficient path. We
have an understanding of exactly what needs to be done to meet deadlines and have a smooth
trip. Understanding what is critical can allow us to stay on schedule and an ability to
understand what we need to adjust as specific tasks are completed.
