Microcomputer Principles and Applications Lab 111‐1
Course Objective
This course is intended to provide knowledge and experience of microcomputers
and embedded systems, with concentration on the microcomputers of ARM
Cortex‐M family. Furthermore, this course focuses on allowing students to
practice and to experience of how an microcomputer and embedded system
could be used to solve real‐world problems. After taking this course, the students
should be able to:
Implement a embedded system based on ARM Cortex‐M microcomputers
using C programming.
2
Microcomputer Principles and Applications Lab 111‐1
This is a Problem Based Learning (PBL) course
Apply knowledge to develop a solution.
Student centered, self-directed.
Small group discussion.
Learning by doing.
Integrate theory and practice.
