1) Techno-I team to get back with email migration details

2) Ravi to send the creation of estimates on Zoho CRM

- Integrating with Books helps you to view the modules like estimates, Invoice, SO & PO in
CRM and create them directly.

- Else you can create Quotes can be created in CRM module directly.

3) Techno-I team to fix the issues of the partial Shipment in Zoho invoice

Step 1 - Create the Sales order

Step 2 - After creating select the create package by selecting the SO

Step 3 - After clicking you can see Item Description, Ordered, Quantity to pack,
There you can edit the count that you are going to deliver

Step 4 - Then Create deliver slip directly in shipment

Step 5 - Number of Packages created & pending can be seen in the Sales Order Record.

Estimated Time for PFS Learning:

Task 1: Email Migration & Setup on Zoho Mail – 60 Hrs


Task 2: Importing data of Customers and Vendors with aligning the data – 8 Hrs
Task 3: Integration between CRM & Books and check the data flow – 8 Hrs
Task 4: Documentation with system flow and process, Meetings for data gathering – 8 Hrs
