QUESTION 1: CAN I GET A FULLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIP?

Let us understand and define ‘fully funded scholarships’ first. These are the scholarships in
which a philanthropist/ charitable organization/ Government body sponsors a student
completely, right from application to travel to education & living expenses.

Most people assume scholarships to be like some charity that is being distributed which is not
the case. It is very important to understand the current scholarship scenario. A fully funded
scholarship is the dream of every African student, but continuous academic excellence is one
of the most significant criteria for fully funded scholarships and only a handful of exceptionally
meritorious students meet that. Thousands of students globally from various parts of the
world, who have an outstanding academic records, who’ve aced every test or have high GPAs
are struggling to get a fully-funded scholarship. The sad part is a very small fraction of students
are able to get it. The reason is, there are very few genuine charitable/philanthropic
organizations and as a higher education specialist who has helped tens of thousands of
students over the last 13 years, we feel that it’s our responsibility to educate you that there
are a lot of organizations claiming to help students with a fully-funded scholarship under the
garb of being a charitable/philanthropic organization, who actually misguide students and
indulge them in their unethical practices by charging money. As a final note, students cannot
‘buy’ a scholarship. Nor can they get it by showing that they are very poor and needy. A
scholarship can only be earned on the basis of merit, talent and attitude.

QUESTION 2: HOW CAN EDOOFA HELP ME WITH A SCHOLARSHIP?

Answer: First of all, it’s important to understand that Edoofa isn't a philanthropic
and charitable organization and so this $10 Million scholarship fund isn't coming
from a charity which will be distributed to students.
We are a social, for-profit organization which aims to help deserving students with
life-changing opportunities to further their careers through affordable higher
education as well as internship opportunities.
Admitting students into some of the most prestigious universities is not the only
goal we have, but we also make sure that students are able to get skilled and
employable through very structured and practical training and internship program.
What's more, students get to earn scholarship credits right from their first year in
the university, by being engaged part-time in online projects and tasks along with
their degree programs. This not only helps them further reduce their college fees
but also gain valuable experience by working on part-time(online) task-based
internships and projects.
In short, we are an embedded higher education program, we stay with the student
throughout their academic life as mentors and caretakers, right from building the
application, applying to the colleges, training them and providing online internship
opportunities.
You must realize that while we wish to help every student, these are highly
specialized programs with limited seat intake and we are only seeking the brightest
students for the same. Being a global scholarship program, we have 2100 seats in
recognized universities across India and the competition to get admission into our
program is intense. However, we remain focused on guiding meritorious, high-

HOW DOES EDOOFA BENEFIT?

Answer: Edoofa is an educational organization. Its parent company, Anhad Edutrain

Solutions Pvt. Ltd which was founded in 2009 has worked with 250+ Universities,
Schools & Colleges. Because of all the good work that we’ve done by providing our
services for more than 13 years and the credibility we’ve built, we’ve been entrusted
with a total of a $10 Million Scholarship Fund from the Education Trusts of
government-recognized and accredited universities, schools and colleges to admit
the most deserving students. That’s why we interview each student to look for
deserving students so that we can make them a part of Edoofa and help them make
education affordable with help of this grant.

QUESTION 2:HOW CAN I SECURE MAXIMUM SCHOLARSHIP UNDER THE

EDOOFA PROGRAM? WILL THE $2000-$3000 ANNUAL FEES OF EDUCATION
THROUGH THE EDOOFA PROGRAM REMAIN THE SAME FOR EACH YEAR OF
MY COURSE DURATION?

Answer: Edoofa is looking for bright, meritorious and deserving students who have
a passion for education and a long term vision. Students get a free career
counselling session and check their eligibility. If they meet the program
requirements and eligibility criteria, they are declared eligible by the Edoofa
Academic Board. On completion of the program fee formalities, Edoofa Admission
teams work on the student’s application, and statement of purpose and send the
final student application along with Edoofa's recommendation to colleges and
universities in India, after which the students are awarded a scholarship.

Let’s understand the nature of this scholarship. This scholarship will help you
reduce the cost & expenses of Higher Education in India. This is a 50-100%
scholarship on the tuition fee.
Please Note: India is a big country, has 28 states, and each state has several
hundred to thousands of schools, colleges, and universities for higher education. In
such a scenario, the cost of living, tuition etc varies from state to state and from
school to school. This is why, in terms of schools and scholarships, students are
given multiple options to choose from. In these options, the eligible and enrolled
students are sure of 2 things:

1. Scholarship percentage- 50%-100% on tuition fee.

2. Cost & expenses after scholarship-$2000-$3000/year.

The average cost of education in India for international students is

$6000-$8000/year. That’s the standard. But it is only because of Edoofa, that if
you’re found eligible for our program, you’ll have the chance to get admission into
one of our seats as part of the $10 Million Scholarship Fund which has been made
available only because of Edoofa’s good work with the government recognized and
accredited universities, schools & colleges over the last 13 years. With the help of
this fund, the fee comes down to $2000-$3000/year.
That is why Edoofa rigorously interviews each student to declare them eligible for
the program. One of the things which we value, which we look for in a student is the
right attitude and discipline.
As long as a student continues to demonstrate the right attitude, and discipline and
maintain decorum like a sincere student with merit, the scholarship will continue to
exist and the fee will be $2000-$3000/year.

QUESTION 3: CAN EDOOFA HELP ME SECURE ADMISSION IN US | CANADA |

GERMANY AND THE LIKES?

Answer: Edoofa's mission is to provide a globally recognised, cost-effective, and

job-focused college education. In light of the vision, Edoofa strongly suggests India
for higher education, as detailed on page 4. If a student desires to study in other
countries such as the United States, Canada, or Germany, we will assist with the
necessary knowledge and give you the best career advice.

As can be seen, by recent statistics on rising student debt in the US, education in
countries like the US and Canada has become so overpriced that students are
finding it impossible to even afford to take loans as the jobs they get after the
college degrees can barely help them in repayment and the student debt (loan) ends
up becoming a lifelong trap.

Keeping in mind our mission of making Edoofians job-ready through global quality
and affordable college education, Edoofa started its Edoofa program through an
Embedded University system where we are able to get 2100 scholarship seats from
universities in India for meritorious and selected Edoofa students.

1. Can students get a Scholarship to study?-as discussed earlier in the section

related to ‘scholarship’ in this document, scholarships aren’t as actively and freely
available for US/UK and other countries as most students think. A very small
fraction of the applicants/students get it, and even if you get a scholarship on
tuition fees, the living expenses are way too high.
2. What Costs & Expenses do I have to bear?-Having known the fact that scholarship
isn’t like some charity which everyone gets, it’s only logical to think if these
countries of you have the necessary finances planned. Here are some numbers:
Living expenses alone are $15,000-$20,000/year! The total expenses otherwise go
up to $40,000/year in the case of the US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.
Germany can give you 2 options. First, for German taught courses, you can get a
free tuition fee. But the living expenses & basic university expenses are still
$10,000- $12,000/year. Second, for English taught courses, the total cost is
$20,000- $25,000/year.
China is $6000-$9000/year. But students complain about the language barrier
aspect in China and Germany.
Edoofa encourages students to make an informed decision, considering the logical
and practical aspects of the education & jobs scenario globally. For deserving
students, Edoofa brings excellent higher education at an affordable cost.

EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PROGRAM

The Earn While You Learn Program is an Edoofa Employability Initiative in which
students are assigned real-time live online projects during which they gain valuable
work experience while also earning scholarship credits (based on student
performance) that can be used to offset a portion of their higher education fees,
making university education more affordable.

Skills enhance the professional network, better communication, time management

and negotiation skills. We believe skills are something that can be acquired by
learning. Skill training is helping students to identify, train and nurture their innate
talent in the desired field. Organizations today want effective and productive people.
With skill development, people can work effectively and achieve success in whatever
they do. There can be increased chances of promotions and individuals can experience
a lift in their careers.

Our Proud Edoofians will be involved in the Earn While You Learn Program by
learning various skills and then working on projects that are related to employability
skills such as analytical skills, communication skills, creative skills, media literacy,
critical thinking, and so on. The projects that you will be working on are research-
based, content writing, digital marketing, social media research, and so on.

Because you’re working, you’ll be compensated for your efforts. This compensation is
not in the form of a cash/salary/wages/stipend, but it’s in the form of scholarship
credits.

QUESTION 2: WHAT TYPE OF INTERNSHIPS/TASKS WILL I DO UNDER THE

EARN WHILE YOU LEARN' PROGRAM? WILL IT BE RELATED TO MY AREA OF
STUDY?

Answer: As discussed in the previous question, Edoofa has identified the key solution
to the employability problem of 21st-century education and we work religiously
towards making our students ready to be leaders of tomorrow’s industries. We realise
how important it is, in today’s highly competitive, increasingly digital and inter-
connected job world, to pick up and develop certain key employability skills.
Edoofa does that through the Earn while you learn to program. The tasks and
internship projects that we offer to our students have been designed to particularly
improve these skills which include the required technical skills like digital marketing,
organization, management etc and soft skills like communication skills, leadership,
presentation skills and teamwork.
Assuming that you follow Edoofa’s instructions and diligently take part in the Earn
While You Learn program, Edoofa will get you opportunities to do internet-based
(online) tasks and internships, every day (after college hours), these projects &
assignments will help you earn scholarship credits.
Specifically, these tasks will be related to Analytical Skills, Communication skills,
Creative skills, Media Literacy, Critical thinking, etc and the projects which you would
be doing are research-based, content writing, digital marketing, social media
research, etc. These are all projects that the Edoofa team undertakes through various
companies and thereby enabling our students to further subsidise their education.
This team is known as SEELS (Students of Edoofa Earning & Learning to Success). The
Seels managers train our students on the requirements of these projects and tasks
and also manage the students to be able to deliver the output expected from these
projects.
All these projects can be from different domains and industries but the way our team
works is that we ensure we are able to secure projects that all our students are able
to do. Hence these are tasks specifically designed for students and we also train them
to complete and perform these tasks well because the better the students perform,
the more scholarship credits they can earn.
All in all, these projects and internships will make you ready for the jobs of the 21st
century, by giving you the basic skills, knowledge and experience required by
professionals in every domain.

QUESTION 3: WHAT ARE SCHOLARSHIP CREDITS? HOW CAN I REDEEM

THEM? HOW MANY SCHOLARSHIP CREDITS CAN I EARN IN A MONTH?
Answer: As described in the 2 questions before, you will be given instructions to
perform tasks, assignments and projects daily, as a part of the internships. Because
you’re working, you’ll be compensated for your efforts. This compensation is not in
the form of a cash/salary/wages/stipend, but it’s in the form of scholarship credits.
These scholarship credits can be redeemed to pay part of your school fee. Whatever
credits have been earned in a semester will be used to pay off school fees for the
following semester. We’ve designed the training and made arrangements in such a
way, that if a student follows our instruction and guidance, they can earn
$50-$100/month worth of scholarship credits. Edoofa students from previous batches
have earned as much as $125 dollars through their initial work and have already used
their credits to lower their school fees.

QUESTION 4: IS IT COMPULSORY FOR ME TO WORK AND EARN

SCHOLARSHIP CREDITS?

Answer: The Earn While You Learn is a structured program with a minimum
requirement of at least one hour a day during non-exam months and no minimum
commitments during examinations. It is a training program designed to help students
become employable ( job-ready) and also to offer them an opportunity to reduce their
educational expenses. As a result, it becomes clear that, while working and earning
scholarship credits is not required, it is something that each student should prioritise.
Along with credits, the potential to acquire skills and gain an advantage over other
students is the most essential benefit for the student.
Because of Edoofa’s unique vision and highly successful work in the education
industry in India, major universities and colleges have offered their seats on
scholarship to Edoofa to run its Edoofa program.
Now, it is important to understand that international students who enrol in the
Edoofa Program are offered scholarships to study in India because of Edoofa and the
focus on employability because the universities place a very high value on creating
graduates that are employable (job-ready).
Now, you must understand that through the Earn While You Learn program, students
get an opportunity to not just get trained but also to earn scholarship credits, as
mentioned before. However, only those students will be able to earn scholarship
credits who perform well in their tasks and projects and those who are regular and
diligent with their work. This requires dedication and devotion of time and effort.
Edoofa does not offer free money. It offers a unique student-centric training program
designed to help in earning scholarship credits.

The students are free to devote more time to the Earn While You Learn program as
per their capacities to learn and perform tasks as well as their academic schedule if
they want to earn more credits.
The ‘Earn While You Learn’ program is the missing key to employment & overall
success through modern education. Practicality suggests that the level of involvement
as well as the results achieved, and the scholarship credits earned, will vary from
student to student.
When you’re in India, you’ll have dedicated Edoofa Mentors to ensure that you have a
great experience, your mentor will also train you with the basic skills, provide career
guidance, and evaluate your work related to the ‘Earn While You Learn’ program.
Also, to ensure the collective growth of the Edoofa student community, the Mentor
will also be responsible for a weekly/monthly assessment of your behaviour, attitude
and discipline while you’re in the school, and report the same to the Edoofa Academic
Board.

QUESTION 5: CAN I WORK & SPONSOR/SUPPORT MY EDUCATION IN INDIA?

Answer: Let’s start this answer with some very basic government rules & regulations.
International students aren’t allowed to work in India part-time or full-time jobs,
because they are here in India with a Student VISA, not a Work VISA. Therefore it is
clear that you cannot legally work and sponsor your education however, a student can
do internships.
Students should budget for the required college/university costs, which range from
$2000 to $3000 per year for the first year, as well as effective financial preparation
for the following years of college study. The student in the subsequent years has an
opportunity to reduce their fee using the Scholarship credits.

Students must understand that Edoofa works exceptionally hard to find projects for
our students that not only give them hands-on experience with the skills they need,
but also give them the opportunity to earn scholarship credits to help them pay some
part of their fees.

The Program Directors are only looking for those students who have a long term
vision for a strong foundation of success. Some students will make a lot of credits,
others will make less, and it’ll only depend on the level of seriousness and
performance of students, just like in academics.

QUESTION 2: HOW WILL EDOOFA HELP ME WITH VISA?

Answer: Edoofa assists students with VISA application processing. Edoofa follows the
norms laid down by the authorities like the Embassy and the Indian Government’s
Ministry of Home affairs. Edoofa helps you with the application and making sure that
the right documents from the university reach the embassy at the right time and the
VISA process runs smoothly. The student pays the embassy for the VISA application.
VISA fee varies from country to country. Students also have to pay for their travel and
visa extension fees (if and when necessary)

QUESTION 3: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY RESULTS AREN’T ANNOUNCED YET?

Answer: If you’re eligible for the program, Edoofa can help you secure your admission
seat with the help of previous results by helping you gain a provisional admission. We at
Edoofa have realised that various boards in Africa have different timelines for results
and therefore in order to give a fair opportunity to all applicants, Edoofa Academic
board works deeply with universities to ensure bright students are able to get benefited
from the provisional admission. The number of scholarship seats is limited (2100 seats
with a reservation of 1500 seats for African students)and pre-decided before we begin
the application screening process therefore, the deadlines are also pre-decided. For a
few students still awaiting their results, this sometimes can become a roadblock,
therefore they are hereby informed to share their most recent previous academic
document with their counsellor so that they can check whether they are eligible
through the provisional route. This helps them save a lot of costs as the subsequent
deadlines have higher fees.

QUESTION 4: HOW IS EDOOFA PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COLLEGE

OR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS?
Answer: Edoofa: Education for All. The Edoofa program is the result of years of
dedication of our founders towards solving two of the most important problems in the

1. Affordability through guaranteed scholarships: The founders of Edoofa have

worked tirelessly to push for academic reform and their good work has been
rewarded by the universities who have embedded the Edoofa Program thereby giving
us the opportunity to offer selected and meritorious International students the most
affordable way to achieve their college education dreams. Through acceptance in the
Edoofa program, a candidate is guaranteed a minimum scholarship of 50-100% of
their tuition fee. Another unique benefit is that students who enrol in the Edoofa
program save up to $1000-$1500 in application fees as once a student is enrolled
under the Edoofa program, their application fees while applying to various Edoofa
campuses are completely waived off. Money saved is money earned.

2. Employability through practical training: We believe Students shouldn't just learn

in theory, they should gain real-world experience instead of academic theory. And the
employers agree. That is why they help us in designing a practical employment-
oriented curriculum that helps students pick up job skills needed to be employable in
today's job market.

3. Earn While You Learn: The most valuable learning comes from doing. Learning for
the sake of learning is wonderful, but the Internet now makes most information
accessible. Instead, Edoofa focuses on preparing you for the real world. What’s more,
students earn scholarship credits in the process, thereby further reducing the burden

misinformation, Team Edoofa is there to help students throughout their journey of
Higher Education because we believe no student should be denied access to the right
information at the right time in their career planning because we know its value.
Therefore, we ensure that the most caring, experienced and empathetic career
counsellors help our students with direct and actionable advice for career growth.

5. Higher Education Concierge: A Concierge is a caretaker. At Edoofa, we believe it is

important for us to prepare students to be leaders of tomorrow and for that we have
built a rigorous program. Therefore, we also realise how important it is for the
students to concentrate on performing to their full potential and so we undertake all
major responsibilities of guiding our students throughout their journey of higher
education with us-Right from Career selection, Course and College identification,
Application form filling, Visa and fee payment assistance, travel guidance, training

QUESTION 5: WHAT IF I MISS MY DEADLINE FOR THE PROGRAM FEE?

Answer: The academic board members are very strict with their deadlines, keeping in
mind the number of applications, we have to be fair to each and every student.
If you’re found eligible for the Edoofa Program, the Edoofa Academic board believes
that you’re a deserving student and therefore, we encourage you to constantly seek
out help of your counsellor and mentor. We have seen a lot of students make bad
career decisions based on limited or incorrect information or guidance, therefore it is
important to avail this benefit of expert counselling. If any student wants to
understand Edoofa admission processing in greater detail and wants the counselling
team to help in financial planning for their admission, they are encouraged to be
proactive and agile in order to truly take the benefit of this scholarship program.
If a student misses the deadline of payment before any particular round of admission,
this acceptance letter will be revoked, however, their eligibility will still be valid. In
case of re-application before any subsequent round of admission, the student needs
to verify with the counsellor and the academic board whether seats are available and
if the student can be enrolled. If yes, then the program fees from that Round of
