Movement Competency Screening Guide

This document contains a screening assessment for movement patterns. It lists 5 basic movements - squat, lunge & twist, bend & pull, push up, and single leg squat. For each movement, it identifies primary and secondary areas of the body that could demonstrate weaknesses, such as shoulders, lumbar, hips, etc. The person taking the screening records which areas are of concern by checking them. Their total checks across all movements determines their overall load level score of 1, 2, or 3. A final score of 17-21 is considered good, 11-16 is moderate, and 7-10 is poor.
