(the northern area of China) has been one of the biggest
masterbatch manufacturers in China since its establishment in
2008. Now the annual production capacity of our company has
reached to 64.000 metric tons, including black masterbatch 20.000
metric tons, defoaming masterbatch 20.000 metric tons, white
and color masterbatch10.000 metric tons, filler masterbatch

in packaging films, bottles, caps, hoses, appliances, toys, household appliances, office supplies, automotive trims and building pipe materials. It
is fit for extrusion, blow molding, casting, injection molding and other processing technics.

Desiccant Masterbatch
Desiccant masterbatch (Defoaming Masterbatch or Moisturer Absorber) is suitable for the production of all recycled PE/PP plastic products. The
trace moisture in raw materials has very bad effect on the production of plastic products. Many companies generally use drying equipment for
drying. which is a great waste of energy and manpower, increasing the cost of the product. However, the desiccant masterbatch can easily remove
the bubbles, moire, cracks, spots of plastic products caused by water. Just add it directly to the raw material without any produce process
adjustments.
Application method
It could be used directly after mixing the masterbath and the damp
plastic raw material Uniformly. For blow molding，the adding ratio
is 1%-2% For sheet or injection molding,the adding ratio is 2%~ 5%.
It should based on plastic moisture situation by user’s discretion.

Attention
1. Avoid the materbatch is damped before using.
2. Once mixed with raw material, use it in time.
3. Don' t heat or dry masterbatch together with the damp plastic, in case of
poor quality of processing.
