Mr. Jodel Maomay served as the GAD Coordinator for the program, playing a crucial role in welcoming participants, announcing contest winners, and delivering closing remarks. His involvement is significant as it underscores the leadership required to coordinate such events, and highlights the importance placed on gender and development initiatives within the school. His position also involves recognizing the efforts of participants and contributors, thus fostering a collaborative environment.

The GAD program initiatives likely foster greater awareness and sensitivity to issues of violence against women and children among students, encouraging them to be more informed and proactive in addressing such issues. By participating in contests and other activities, students may also develop a stronger sense of responsibility and community engagement while enhancing their creative and critical thinking skills, which can have a lasting impact on their personal and educational development.

Acknowledging contributors and participants is significant for fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation, which can motivate continued involvement and effort. It validates the hard work and commitment of individuals, reinforcing a sense of community and teamwork. Such recognition can lead to greater engagement and help build positive relationships within the school environment, essential for the sustainability of similar programs.

Strategies derived from the GAD program to enhance civic awareness could include interdisciplinary projects that integrate social issues into regular curricula, safe spaces for discussion and expression through art and writing, and the incentivization of active participation in community outreach. Developing peer-led initiatives and partnerships with local organizations can also provide real-world contexts for students to engage with civic responsibilities.

Using contests as a method to address social issues is effective as it engages students actively, allows creative expression, and raises awareness among peers through dialogue and visual arts. By focusing on topics like violence against women and children, contests can provide a safe platform for students to explore and communicate complex issues, promoting critical thinking and empathy. Moreover, such methods can inspire long-term commitment to social change in participants.

The program's opening ceremony consisted of a nationalistic song, a prayer, and an audio-visual presentation of the division hymn. Each component is important: the nationalistic song fosters patriotism and unity; the prayer allows for reflection and solemnity; and the division hymn celebrates the organizational identity, contributing to a sense of belonging and community among participants.

The involvement of administrative staff and technical teams ensures that logistical, financial, and technical requirements are met, contributing to the quality and success of school programs by facilitating efficient and effective execution. Their roles in planning, budgeting, and technical support enable educators and students to focus on content delivery and participation, leading to more meaningful and well-organized events.

The school incorporated student talents by organizing digital slogan and poster making contests as part of their GAD program, allowing students to express their creativity on the theme of preventing violence against women and children. This initiative provided a platform for students to participate and showcase their skills.

The technical committees and supporters, including roles like Secretary, Assistant Secretary, and the ICT team, were integral to the program's success by handling logistics, technical support, and organizational duties. Their behind-the-scenes work ensured the smooth execution of events, allowing the primary focus on student participation and the program's educational goals. Contributions from these individuals exemplify how collaborative efforts lead to successful outcomes.

The primary goal of the GAD program is to advocate for a deeper understanding and prevention of violence against women and children, as highlighted by the theme of the digital slogan and poster contests: "Understanding and Preventing Violence Against Women and Children."
