My New Routine Activities

Assalamualaikum [Link].
Good Night Mr. Aidhi.

Let me introduce myself first.

My name is Nadya Rachmah Azizah, a student from ITKES Wiyata Husada Samarinda, S1
Regular Transfer Midwifery. I'm from Balikpapan and on this occasion I will share my
routine, my new routine during my stay alone is a “healthy diet with a regular pattern”.
The beginning of my activity is getting up early in the morning at 04.00 am and making my
bed, then I will do a little stretching to make my body fresher and get ready to boil water to
make green tea without sugar, about 30 minutes after that I will eat some fruit – fruit and sit
back to read a book while waiting for prayer. Right at 06.00 am I usually get ready to take a
shower and use my morning skincare after showering, if it's not a day off I will go back to my
desk and prepare what material will be discussed during lectures, but if it's a day off then I
will relax by listening to podcasts education or watch instructional videos.
I'm used to having breakfast at 09.00 am, and the food I eat is stew or raw vegetables with a
little chili sauce without rice, even if with rice 3 tablespoons of brown rice is enough, around
11.00 am I will go back to eating fruits as snacks and will lunch at 02.00 pm, after struggling
with the world of education I will take a short break by playing on my phone or holding an
impromptu concert with loudspeakers, I rarely take a nap unless very tired.
And at 04.00 pm if there is no lecture, I will jog with my friends in the park and come back
before the Maghrib call to prayer. Even when night falls I don't have much to do, including
dinner. If there is an assignment to complete or there is information regarding the exam I will
return to my desk to battle with the lecture materials, but if there is not then I will perform
my favorite ritual which is to burn lavender incense from Mecca and let the fragrance spread
throughout the room to help me fall asleep quickly, don't forget to make the bed and turn off
the lights and the last step before going to bed is to set an alarm at 04.00 am.

That's the story I can tell,

Thank you,
Wassalamualaikum wr. wb.
