Excursion Authorisation

Basic Invitation / Permission Request

Dear Parents / Guardians,

Enchanted Forest Early Learning would like to invite Kindy to participate in visiting
Bush Kindy, once a week from March 2022, to December 2022.

During Bush Kindy we will participate in activities of playing on the play equipment,
group games, exploring and investigating the vegetation surrounding Dickens Park,
Murrumba downs, which is located just across the quiet street of our centre.
The children will be grouped in pairs and educators will be walking with them.

(An Excursion Risk Assessment & Management Plan will be completed and available
for you to read prior to this event)

Time: 9:00am
Departure: 9:00am
Method of travel: Walking
Supervising Staff: Madison Gwynne, Kathryn Weathered, Elizabeth Rowlands
Ratio: 1:7
Return: 10:00am

excursion to and from Bush Kindy at Dickens Park once a week for the year.

children to and from Bush Kindy at Dickens Park.

As per National Law: section 167 & National Regulations: Regulations 100-102, 168 a risk assessment and
management plan has been completed.
