The effectiveness of Project RISE initiatives will be assessed through regular monitoring by the School Head, Head Teachers, and the School Financial Team. The use of an assessment instrument coordinated with School MPTA Officers and School Administrators will ensure comprehensive evaluation. This assessment involves collecting and analyzing feedback, monitoring student performance data, and narratively reporting on program activities to gauge improvement in student learning outcomes .

The primary goal of Project RISE at Madapdap Resettlement High School is to strengthen the partnership between the school and its stakeholders to enhance learners' academic performance and overall development. This initiative aims to address gaps in the educational system and equip students with 21st-century skills by mobilizing community resources and support to sustain a high-quality education amidst challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic .

The professional development priorities for Madapdap Resettlement High School under Project RISE are aligned with DepEd's broader goals for continuous teacher upskilling and reskilling to yield better learning outcomes. These priorities include ensuring that teachers are well-equipped to facilitate student learning effectively even in challenging circumstances, as stipulated in DepEd Orders No. 50, s. 2020, and No. 42, s. 2017. The focus on Domains 5 and 6 emphasizes developing community linkages and professional engagement as part of teachers' growth, which echoes DepEd's commitment to enhancing educational quality .

Professional development for teachers is a critical component of Project RISE because it ensures continuous upskilling and reskilling, which leads to improved learning outcomes. This aligns with DepEd Order No. 50, s. 2020, which emphasizes the importance of equipping teachers to serve effectively as learning facilitators. The efforts are guided by DepEd's professional standards, particularly focusing on Domains 5 and 6, which address community linkages, professional engagement, personal growth, and maintaining professional ethics .

Project RISE involves stakeholder collaboration through various delivery methods, including face-to-face interactions and virtual meetings. Activities such as sending invitations for donations, distributing learning materials during scheduled module distributions, and providing certificates of recognition to donors are some of the modes utilized. Throughout School Year 2021-2022, the program encourages continuous stakeholder involvement to ensure adequate support for learners' education and address resource gaps during blended learning .

Project RISE faces risks related to donation issues, primarily concerning how the donations are handled and perceived by the stakeholders. To manage these risks, the initiative emphasizes transparency about donations, ensuring that all contributions are well-documented and communicated clearly to the stakeholders. This approach aims to build trust and show that donations are contributing effectively towards educational goals, thus mitigating potential concerns .

Project RISE does not require a specific budget allocation, instead relying on contributions from its allies, including private sectors, NGOs, local government units, parents, alumni, and barangay officials. This decentralized funding model supports the program by mobilizing community resources to address educational needs and sustain critical initiatives without imposing additional financial burdens on the school .

Project RISE plans to engage stakeholders by sending them invitation letters and offering options for involvement, such as donating school materials and collaborating on initiatives that benefit learners. The program emphasizes strengthening stakeholder partnerships and promotes their active contribution to improving educational outcomes for students, especially in the context of challenges like remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic .

The key target participants for Project RISE include all public and private stakeholders such as parents, alumni, local businesses, civic groups, NGOs, and religious organizations. This broad involvement aligns with the program's goals to strengthen partnerships and leverage community resources to support students' academic and personal development, ensuring a collective effort in improving educational outcomes .

Project RISE emphasizes community involvement by initiating partnerships with various community stakeholders such as parents, alumni, local government units, NGOs, and religious organizations to support learners' development and school improvement. Ethical practices are underscored through maintaining transparency, accountability, and fostering harmonious relationships among all participants, thereby ensuring that stakeholders are actively involved in connecting classroom learning with broader community experiences and goals .
