website, I feel appropriate candidate for the job profile as your requirements were aligning with my
qualification and achievements. I am recently going to graduate from Emirates Aviation University with
a bachelor’s degree in aviation management. All through my academic course I have been a
hardworking student with excellent communication skills.
As per your advertisement, candidate need to have effective communication skills to help customers
to acquire the tickets and reservations and make best recommendation for their destination. I have the
ability to engage customers with different discounts and low cost package by making them aware of
discounts available and provides with glamorous services to entertain them. In addition, having a
good knowledge of math, as I worked in sales for 6 months which can make dealing with cash and
other payments easily.
As six-month experience of ticketing and reservation agent at Cozmo Travel in UAE has helped me in
booking flight tickets, developing the regular schedule etc. This experience has made me able to learn
the company’s layovers and schedules so I can guide the travelers according to their perspective.
This training had helped me gain a practical experience in interacting with customers giving them
recommendations to pick the best available packages and find alternate route for their destinations if
