Document to resolve Java issues during launching Oracle forms.

Step1 1:  In IE, Go to Tools Compatibility settings Click on Add button. Ignore if already added.
Step 2:  In IE, Go to Tools
Click on Security tab Trusted Sites Add [Link]
Workaround 3:
Go to start in windows and type ‘Java’  Configure java
Click on Security tab and click on Add  URL [Link] to the list.
