Introduction

A data warehouse is a data management system. Data warehouses often support business
intelligence (BI) activities, especially in analytics. We can use the data warehouse for query and
analysis because it contains a lot of historical data. A data warehouse integrates data and
information collected from various sources into a comprehensive database. For example, a data
warehouse might combine customer information from an organization's point-of-sale system, its
mailing lists, websites, and comment cards. In business intelligence and data warehousing,
analysts and teams can query data to check its validity or accuracy. Business Intelligence helps
businesses ask and answer questions about their data. So, we use it to have the right data and
solid quantitative information in those answers.
Question 1

Generouz needed an enterprise-level data warehouse to help them solve the duplication and
redundancy of information caused by the lack of a unified data processing environment for
different business units. The complexity of handling data and the associated costs come into
focus, especially when dealing with mergers and acquisitions.

Generouz enhances business value by providing effective strategies through integrated data to
understand the true needs of customers. The analytical power of BI facilitates the development of
personalized marketing campaigns based on relevant customer data. Personalized campaigns in
turn can improve marketing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Consistent and complete data enables Generouz to effectively use best practice analytics for
customer growth and retention. At the same time, product profitability, cost control and
productivity can also be improved. Generouz can adjust tactics and come up with better
strategies. Generouz sales have also grown. Because of the accurate data, they can proactively
contact customers before possible weather disasters such as floods or hurricanes to provide key
policyholder information and explain the claims process. These and other analytical insights now
drive Generouz to provide precise customer service.

Performance returns from aggregated information are also seen in financial operations. It enables
Generouz to operate a smooth, analytical center of excellence with planning, capital
management, risk assessment and other decision support capabilities to provide timely, accurate
and efficient accounting, reporting and analytical services. Without a unified business-centric
view, reporting is slow, labor-intensive, and inaccurate. It also helps Generouz with what-if
analysis. Data analytics teams can identify previously unknown potential discrepancies in the
data environment. 

On the other hands, an enterprise-wide data warehouse makes it easy for agents and employees
to view policy information at a glance. It helps to save business and technical teams a lot of time

units seeing a 10 to 20 percent increase in productivity.
Question 2

Bitrix24 was probably introduced by Generous. In my opinion, I think Bitrix24 is the best
insurance management software. Bitrix24 is a popular CRM in the insurance industry. Selling
insurance is hard in the internet age, and comparing prices is easy. It helps us with emails,
nurturing and drip marketing, phone calls, scheduling, prospecting, lead qualification, quotes,
invoicing, help desk and product catalogs, and more. We can look at current sales and make
forecasts for the near future. Additionally, Bitrix24 enables us to understand the sales funnel, see
which marketing channels bring in the most leads, and identify weak points in the sales process.
We can use Bitrix24 to manage individual sales as well as our entire company as Bitrix24 comes
with over 35 online tools that go beyond simple account management. Even better, thanks to the
free mobile app, we can take our CRM with us wherever we go. Finally, we can improve
efficiency and company profits.
Question 3

A company also need people or employees to contribute to the overall achievement of

implementation. For projects to be successful, companies need competent people. Without
people, a project can go off the rails at any time. For this, the project staff and all stakeholders of
the project must share their enthusiasm and commitment with the team. Teams should have a
similar vision for the project and aim for success. If there are defects in the team, the project
manager is in serious trouble. Inappropriate leadership and out-of-sync teams can lead to project
failure. Project managers should assign the right work to the right team members and make sure
they work well with each other.
Additionally, employees should have the skills to use the technology. Even the best technology
needs people to support the technology. If there are no people who know how to operate, then
the top technology will not be able to make the most of it. Hence, the company needs to have
perfect training in terms of personnel. Even new employees can quickly learn and master the
operation.

In addition, the company needs to have a comprehensive plan. Having a detailed plan is
beneficial to the success of the project from the very beginning. The team and stakeholders of the
project should know where the project is going from the start. This initial step in the project
allows for the creation of a realistic time frame. It provides accurate timing for generating cost
estimates and also helps to clearly document milestones and deliverables, which will make
project progress much easier. Plans detail resource requirements and act as a warning system. If
anything goes wrong, the warning system will give you a clear idea of what to expect.

Companies also need proper risk management. As we all know, the project did not go exactly as
planned. Some projects fail and others fail due to risks that arise during the project. As project
managers, we need to ensure that all stakeholders are fully aware of the risk log and where they
can find it. Even if something happens, the team can solve the problem in an efficient way with
the plan already in place. This gives the team confidence when facing project risks and helps the
client feel safe with the progress of the project.
Last but not least, open communication channels are very important to the success of the project.
When the team fully understands the importance of all aspects of the project, they will be able to
complete the work according to a specific schedule. Plus, employees learn when to say no. A
person should not make promises that they cannot keep. As project managers, we should be
honest about what can be delivered and when. Open communication allows employees to be
more engaged and understand that what they are doing is critical to the success of the business.
Conclusion

In conclusion, the integrated data brings lots of benefits to the company. It was the key of a
company become successful. However, we still need pay attention to the other success factors
that may contribute to the overall achievement of the implementation like I mentioned above.
Implementing the above factors will lead to project success and build good relationships with
clients and stakeholders. These factors also help us avoid the complex issues that project
managers face during project development.
