Model's Contract ________________________ (hereafter "Model") and _____________________________ (hereafter "Chemi Clothing Pvt Ltd, Bangalore") hereby enter

into an agreement to the terms below. This contract applies to the photo shooting organized by the CHEMI CLOTHING which took place withthe model on __.__.200_ from __:__ to __:__ in(Town)_______________/(Country)______________ The model was over 18 years old when the pictures were taken and when he/she signed this contract. The model confirms he/she agreed on the type of pictures before the session began. This applies especially when the type of pictures taken during the photo shooting includes partial and/or full nudity. During the Photo shooting, the model had the opportunity to check the pictures on the screen of the digital camera. The model further confirms that he/she was not under the influence of alcohol or any kind of drugs during the photo shooting; the model never acted under any kind of constraint or pressure during the photo shooting. PUBLICATION The model explicitly gives CHEMI CLOTHING the irreversible right to publish the pictures madeduring the photo shooting as follows: on the CHEMI CLOTHING own web site on Social Networking websites, e.g. facebook , Twitter etc on Fashion websites at Retail Show rooms like MBO,EBO, NCS etc at Brand Presentation etc

Model warrants that Model is not now bound by any other contract for similar services, and that Model will not enter into such a contract with any other Brand during the term of this agreement. The term of this agreement shall be one year from the date that Model signs it, and shall renew automatically for one additional year unless the agreement is terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement with ninety days' written notice to the other party. The model confirms that he/she has been fully compensated for his/her model work during the photo shooting. The model will not claim any further compensation rights for this work. Regarding the publication of pictures made during the photo shooting, the model will not ask for extra compensation either.

COPIES & NEGATIVES As soon as possible, the model will become electronic copies of the best pictures taken during the photo shooting. The number of copies the model will become will depend on how successful the photo

shooting was. CHEMI CLOTHING will decide how many copies he/she sends to the model, and when. Copies will be sent on a CD to the models private address. CHEMI CLOTHING is not obligatedto send any paper copies of the pictures taken during the photo shooting. No negatives are available as the CHEMI CLOTHING only used a digital camera during the photoshooting. The model should inform the CHEMI CLOTHING before using the pictures in a commercial manner, especially if he/she plans to make profit out of it. When informing the CHEMI CLOTHING, he/she should agree on a percentage share of the profit made. The agreement should be put in writing, via E-Mail or a letter signed by the model. COPYRIGHT, MEDIA AND PRIVATE LAW The model agrees that only the CHEMI CLOTHING owns the copyright of the pictures. The CHEMI CLOTHING is allowed to store the pictures on electronic media (own PC, own Laptop, CDs, etc.). The CHEMI CLOTHING is allowed to process the pictures taken during the photo shooting using picture editing software, e.g. Photoshop, as long as it does not violate private law. Both the model and the CHEMI CLOTHING have received a copy of this contract. Both copies are 100% identical. The model confirms he/she understood the content of this contract in English, even in the case she is not an English native speaker, and agrees with all clauses. Chemi Clothing Pvt Ltd is hereby authorized to use Model's name, likeness, description, biographical information, and any other information available during the time that this agreement is in force.
