Good Morning or Good afternoon everyone.
I would like to express first my thanks to a
good friend of mine Madam Principal Mrs Lizalynn Mambiar
for giving me this wonderful opportunity
to deliver a speech for our graduates
and for all their teachers and their parents.
For me, It can be really daunting
to prepare a speech most especially for the young generation.
I have to imagine what is it like to be young again
during these days when life
is so much different from the life when I was a lot younger.
To make it simple i would like to say
congratulations to all our wonderful graduates.
I hope that you guys will continue to study hard
so that whatever the future may hold for you all,
then you guys will be able to overcome it and succeed it.
Enjoy your youth, because it is something that wont last for long.
Play hard and study harder. Keep on creating beautiful moments,
because these moments will soon become memories,
memories that will help you guys to keep on moving forward.
Always listen to your mom and dad,
because what they want is only the best for you guys.
Once again congratulations.
My message to all the parents and even to all the teachers is that.
There are many things that we can teach to our students or children.
But let us not forget to teach them the value and the importance
of having human compassion.
Compassion allows us to promote meaningful connections,
it promotes problem solving, and improves our health and well being.
Things that are vital for our daily life as an adult.
Let us also not forget our real mission
why we are raising our children or students.
We are not only raising them well
because we want them to be successful someday.
We are not raising them to fulfill our own frustrations or dreams.
Instead we are raising them well because we want to build a better world.
Remember that once we fail our students or our children we also fail the world.
So let us continue to teach them and love them unconditionally,
so that one day when it is their time to teach and to love.
They will know how to do it and how to give it unconditionally.
Congratulations once again to all our students,
to the parents and to the teachers for doing such a great job.
