“Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok”

I would like to express my warmest greetings and congratulations to the graduating

learners, completers, faculty, school officials and staff for their Commencement Exercise and
Moving Up Ceremony for School Year 2021-2022. It has been one of the most challenging years
in education yet full of dedications and hopes and excitements. All been struggling to survive in
all aspects. When Covid-19 shift the educational paradigm, our beloved Secretary Leonor
Magtolis Briones lead the baton that education must continue amidst whatever crisis we will be
facing. And so, here we are, we have successfully implemented the progressive face to face
classes, and now we celebrating one of the most precious achievement/accomplishment that
you have, your graduation & moving up ceremonies.

It is one fleeting sense of pride & joy to be able to celebrate with all of you, for your
bravery, resilience, perseverance, and commitment that push you to experience what we have
today as the theme goes for S.Y. 2021-2021 “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap
at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok”. You are indeed, the manifestation of this triumph. This is it, a
dream come true. Remember, success is not measured by heights attained, but by obstacles
overcome. Just follow excellence, and success will chase you.
Dear learners, we just wanted to let you know that you are doing really well. It is not
simple to be a student in today's society, especially in these challenging times owing to
pandemic, how you hurdle your lessons online via distance learning of many modalities, the
dread & scare of the virus due to negative media, and many other factors. But you are
successful and survive. So, if things are challenging for you, don't give up, don’t lose your heart.
Today's world is put to the test. It's past time for you to put all you've learned into
practice. Never be a bystander when the world undergoes a paradigm transition. Take control
of the wheel. Collectively, the youth are stronger than any pandemic known to men.

Remember that everyone is a student of life since we are all always learning something
new throughout our lives. So, retain the faith and have trust in yourself. Work hard and clever
as well, and with the appropriate concentration and dedication, you will realize that objectives
are not difficult to attain; just have a clear strategy, and anytime diversions come your way,
don't be scared, meet them with conviction, because those are part of the hazards that we
cannot avoid. Be strong and let your knowledge and learnings with God serve as a shield and
power for you.
And don't forget to appreciate the most honest people in your life — those who can
speak and tell you precisely what you're doing, whether it's good or bad. Those who honestly
lead you down the route you wish to take, who are always there for you in your successes and
failures. They are your parents, teachers, relatives, and closest friend. So, congrats, students.
You reached the mark on your timeline.

To all of our parents and guardians, thank you very much for your help in making your
children's dreams come true. Maintain it, and you will notice and reap the benefits sooner
rather than later. Thank you for supporting DepEd via your children's education.
Congratulations!
To my dear school heads and cluster heads, I understand how you feel, especially
because the world was still in the process of recovery by what happened and no one was
prepared - There were so many how's and why's, but you were able to navigate it till you
arrived at our destination and goal- our battle cry in Deped- “Sulong Edukalidad”. What is more
significant than your experience and challenges is the consequence of what you have done. My
salute goes out to you.

I am extremely pleased of our teachers our modern heroes; you accomplished an

outstanding job that ought to be emulated. Your sacrifices, teaching innovations, outreach
programs, and success initiatives- We are greatly indebted to the dedication that you have
given to our department, to our division and to our learners during this crisis. Your efforts have
truly paid off as we commemorate this historic occasion.

To all the 33 schools of City Schools Division of Tacurong City, and to the private schools,
I am so happy of what you accomplished for SY 2021-2022. Your efforts doesn’t go to vain, now
it comes into fruition since 100 percent of you have already implemented the progressive face
to face classes. Kudos and looking forward for a better and safer school-year ahead.
