b. Challenges Encountered

One of the challenges I encountered is because of the too much assignment the mentors
give to us and the requirements here in Portfolio. Too much assignment is okay if there
is enough time, but we don’t have that enough of time so for me it is not fair even though
this is a requirement we need to graduate. We have a lot of sessions or subjects so
managing a lot of task with a small amount of time is hard. Also It is hard for me to make
a learning insight with 500 words even though we really did nothing that day, it is hard to
make a 500 words learning insight even though sometimes we just take an exam and we
really have nothing to write with 500 words needed.

c. Suggested Corrective Actions


The mentors and the other teacher should cooperate with each other
about the assignments and balance it with the time or deadline they want
to give us and they should also consider the time for ourselves for
winding up or loosening up.

Based on this present evaluation, I think I have the potentials for


higher responsibilities and job opportunities after I graduate. The OJT
program provides students with an opportunity to supplement their
formal learning. They will learn with practical knowledge, skills, work
ethics, and hands-on experience.
